Even though my TV couldn’t get repaired I still appreciated The service that was given to me The technician was very acknowledge about my product. The technician was swift about the response. After troubleshooting my television he made me feel very secure and at ease and very honest about how to move forward.I highly recommend anyone going to this place of establishment to get repairs done

Hauled my HEAVY ‘96 Panasonic PV-M2036 TV to Best Buy, and Geek Squad could not help me repair. But they sent me to a local guy in Cuyahoga Falls—Brandon would have a better shot but, after a day of trying his best, declared my built-in VCR needed a entire tape assembly replacement and just isn’t possible without available parts on the market anymore. Saddened, I hit up my local thrift store—maybe I’d find something cooler? It was there I ran into Ben Vittoria aka the owner of Arthur Treacher’s. The last one in the world. Frequented by local politicians and visitors from out of state. Ben asked for a pen and wrote me a personal coupon for a free fish or chicken combo meal. As I ate my ‘Treacherous’ chicken and fries in the trenches of a Goodwill parking inside my Red Chevy Aveo sedan next to a Teal Aveo hatchback, my stomach became fully satisfied but my longing for a TV/VCR Combo only remained, growing with an appetite.I ended up at a Retro Toy Shop looking for tapes and talking to my older friend Les who owns the spot. Told him about my television journey. My man said maybe he has one in his basement and he’d call me later if he finds it. Approximately 2 hours later he’s calling me that he found it with a built-in VCR…AND DVD player ? ? ? and I have a year’s worth of tapes to sift through. Also studying film restoration—the removal of white mold from the vhs tape itself. Fairly easy but also tedious.Moral of the story? I may not have been able to get my beloved Panasonic TV repaired but I encountered a dedicated business that did everything in its power. I gained so much knowledge along the way and had many questions answered. In the end, everything worked out.

Got the backlight repaired on my TV for 1/4 of the price of a new one. They were up front about the price and turnaround time, so there were no surprises. Next time I need something fixed, I'll be back.

Skip the mall repair and head to this place! Quick, affordable, knowledgeable, and friendly. They can handle your technology repair, and make it as good as new. Free estimates make it a no-brainer. Get your broken tech over to them for repair, don't replace it when you don't need to!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I took my tv in for repair because half of my screen was dark I needed back lights the left side. 3 days later I was told that I could pick my tv up and it was working better than before. I bring it home and nothing is showing. Before I took it I could still see some picture afterwards its completely blank. Im not sure how that could be better than before. My tv is powered on in both photos.

Highly recommend them for any electronic servicing you may need!! What a wonderful experience here! Brandon is amazing at what he does. Great experience. I called several places to repair my son's PS4 - some were sketchy and others just wouldn't touch PS4s. Then I was referred to Evertek. Brandon (the owner) was courteous and got us in right away. As a single parent without much extra each month, I was happy that there were no extra fees or attempts to do more work than needed. The cost was clear, affordable and up front. They also did not start repairs until assessing, giving me an estimate and waiting for my go ahead to do the work. My son had his beloved gaming system back and working the SAME DAY! Thank you, Brandon! I am the mom of one very happy kiddo today :) Highly recommend!
