“The first tech that came out (Andy) wasn't quite sure what the problem really was on our refrigerator but he called Dean who seemed to know exactly what was going on. I set an appointment for Dean to come fix but when he got there and found out the unit was over 11 years old, he was very honest and said he wasn't sure it was worth fixing and maybe I should get a new one. He didn't even charge me for the second visit. They could've talked me into spending good money after bad, so I very much appreciate his honest recommendation.
