I have been coming to Dietz for years. I've always had a pleasant experience until today. The woman (who I never saw there before) was extremely rude. Her answers to all my questions were short, rude and each followed by huffs. When I arrived I explained that I needed 3 bouquets and I always just go around and choose the flowers and asked if that's ok. She replied "fine, whatever". Did this set her off? Did she not like that I brought my two kids with me? I have no idea. The whole experience was bizarre. She seemed perfectly pleasant with another patron who entered after me. I spent $95 on beautiful flowers but I can get beautiful flowers at any florist. I will no longer be shopping here.

A lofty, bright shopping experience. Displays are artfully displayed, giving the viewer ample opportunity to appreciate each creation without the confusion of overcrowding. The talent behind the counter is on full display in the fresh arrangements in the cooler!

I have ordered flowers here many times over the years and I have never been disappointed. I generally will stop and order a bouquet to take to a friend or family and what they can put together is amazing. The best part is that they have fresh flowers and I have had some for weeks. Everyone there is pleasant and it is always a good experience.Don't forget to treat yourself to flowers once in awhile.
