I want to say it today and got service for them for the first time I had my own brand new phone so far so good it was reasonable price the guy was nice enough and I haven't had any issues but then again I have not used the service just yet so I'll definitely keep you updated in the very near future

My first time at cricket I was very much impressed with tom and posted a great review for him....yesterday I drove from Bedford to state rd for exceptional service from brandon....20 stars for both of them... I had a horrible experience from Southgate location very close to me...read that review...if I need anything I will come to state rd ❣️

Tom and Marshall are fantastic!!! Both know their stuff when I comes to finding out what I truly need and both educated me about all the features of my plan! I had no Idea I had HBO Max for free!I'm never going back to the Stow location! No one seems to know what they are selling there.Thanks again Tom and Marshall for all your help!

Top notch customer service from Thomas (from the original upgrade interaction a week ago & yesterday for the 2.5 hours it took to transfer files from the old phone to the new one.) and Marshall. They are very knowledgeable in their field and were such a pleasure to hang out with, which is important since we were there for so long. Thomas, I really do appreciate you getting everything transferred.

I came to Cricket with a phone so damaged there was little assurance I could even transfer data. Not only did Tom and Marshall work.....HOURS to make sure all my data and info were transferred, they were patient and understanding. They made sure I received the best price and phone for my limited budget. I would recommend them for anyone in the market or someone just needing assistance. I want to thank both gentlemen for going well beyond the call. They truly went the extra smile.
