Ellen W. here. What a great, easy transaction at Cascade Subaru! Abe greeted us immediately. He was so personable and knowledgeable about the cars that we were considering. After a not so good experience at another dealership (unmotivated salesman who wasted our time) Abe was so attentive and efficient. I would most definitely buy from Cascade Subaru again!

I recently bought my second Subaru from Josh at Cascade (probably our fifth purchase/lease experience with him) and it couldn't have been any easier. He has always been easy to talk to about our options and keeps it clear and easy for us to understand. It genuinely feels like he has our best interest in mind every time.

We had a great experience buying our new Forester. We let Matt know what we were looking for, we had a test drive, we talked about what we wanted. We left and came back a few days later and bought our new Forester. The paperwork was easy and very understandable. We met with the finance person and signed the paperwork.
We never felt pressured. We feel like they listened to what we were wanting to do and helped us move forward with the process.
This is our fifth Subaru from this dealer. We will continue to come back!

My experience with Matt Harteis at Cascade Subaru was very positive as he was very friendly and personable. My friend recommended him to me after I told her I wanted to get a Crosstrek. She has leased three Foresters from him and has always been very satisfied with him and his service. Along with Matt, Jenna was very nice, knowlegeable and efficient when talking to me about the financing. She put me at ease when discussing the details.

Cascade Subaru is simply the best. Buying a car can be intimidating, but I am grateful for how trustworthy and relational Cascade is. I know when I buy here that I am getting a quality product at a fair price. Ben is very genuine, not at all pushy. He seems as if he really wants customers to find exactly what they are looking for in their price range. I’ve bought here twice now, and both times it was a smooth experience where I left with exactly what I was looking for. I like Cascade so much that I always come here for service too because I know the customer service will be exceptional.

Subaru Outbacks are fantastic automobiles. They are comfortable on both long trips and around town.
