I've only been here a couple times since they built this place, but the other day I was running on empty & on that side of the road so I swung in. I wanted to tap my google wallet, but no tapping option that I saw was available. I don't feel comfortable swiping my card these days, especially at pumps that look outdated, rusty & with out of order bags on a couple. Like an old station you'd find in the middle of Appalachia. Went inside for a drink and store looked ok and clean. Need outside & pumps updated, though.

Went into this BP/711 last week for a drink. The floor by the drink area was SO sticky that my tennis shoe actually pulled off when I tried to step. The counters were gross, trash over flowed, barely any cups or lids that matched.. it was just plain disgusting. I mentioned to the cashier Morgan that the area needed attention..very politely. I know customer service jobs are hard.. but it was just a comment. He was behind the counter on his phone when I walked in, no other customers in store.. He said to me, "yea people make messes, what do you want me to do..." that was his answer.. so I said OKAY.. I mean what else could I do. He rang me out, asked if I had a club card.. I didnt, said no.. he put his own card number in...the register stated "thank you Morgan you now have 7938 points" I dont know what those points are for.. but it just seemed sketch.. Cool whatever.. We go in on this Saturday? Morgan was the cashier again, by himself again (although this time it did appear that another employee was there, however she was sitting outside on the display shelf on her phone.. probably her break.. ) Again, the floor is disgusting no real drink supplies.. I get my drinks (not the ones I wanted, again) walk to the counter.. say nothing about the state of the store b/c at this point why would I? Morgan looks up, has some sort of recognition.. does NOT SPEAK to me... rings my items up, I pay cash.. I ask for a rcpt he huffs, hands me a piece of paper that you cant even read b/c the ink is SO low.. and turns around and walks away...Moral of the story, just stay out of this store.. its gross on the inside, I wouldn't trust anything "made to order", or really any food that is not in a sealed package.. and frankly I would be scared to see the soda/frozen drink machines inside.. I would guess they have never been cleaned.. ignorance is bliss...

Never has a working pump. And if it does, it won’t let you pay card.

Almost all pumps are wrapped with plastic showing out of order. I thought it was a 1day think but saw a review from 5months ago saying the same thing. I personally have never seen a BP gas station look so out of order before. Hope management does something about it.

Half the gas pumps are down. The card readers don’t work. Don’t bother. This location should just shut down

Hit or miss on the food offerings. They are accommodating when out, though, and will cook what you ask for. But compared to other 7-Elevens in other states, this one is typically lacking.

Might as well just be a 711 at this point because maybe 1 pump works but good luck figuring out which one. Don't waste your time going here

Zero effort, zero $#!+$ given about customer service. Can’t be blamed on low staffing. One lady working, one man on his cell phone. Man on cell phone clearly irritated that I inconvenienced him with my request. Didn’t bother looking ANYWHERE, told me they didn’t have it, and went back to his phone.

Can this even legally be considered a gas station? They have 1 pump out of 12 open lmao.

I lost my wallet and they kept it safe for me for the entire weekend. The staff here is always really nice, at least to me. Good on the hiring manager.

My husband went in to pay for gas. "Your daughter wrote a bad review. Tell her to take it down." "The woman with green hair is my wife. That's up to her." "Tell her if she doesn't I'm going to charge her with threatening me." Long story sort: I no longer work for DoorDash because she said I threatened her with violence.

First off, I am a regular customer at this station, and always receive top notch customer service. Gotta love when customer service goes above and beyond. I was buying some bags of candy to toss in with a box of birthday gifts for my niece when the clerk and manager threw in a fresh box of chocolate pies to further sweeten her birthday. My niece loved the gifts and the pies. She shared with her siblings and had a wonderful birthday celebration. Thank you to the staff at the store for truly caring about the customer. It's small and one might consider insignificant but I feel this is the best example of human nature. Go the extra mile, care for each other. They've earned my business for life. Thank you for the simple but not so insignificant gesture.

The masked bandit manager lady was a bit rude. She asked me if I could "hurry up". Lol. No. I'm selecting a candy bar. In the candy bar aisle. How stupid. To clarify, and for perspective, I was literally in the store a total of 4 to 6 minutes max. She should have been more concerned with the fact that I had to exit the restroom with wet hands and use napkins from the food area to dry my hands because they were out of paper towels in the restroom. It was quick because I only entered the restroom to wash my hands. I've encountered worse, but it was still quite unprofessional and discourteous. Overall, this location needs to work on their welcoming and inclusive atmosphere so that all guests feel welcome and happy to be shopping there. This location could learn a lot from the Stow Kent Rd. 7-Eleven location. The staff / employees at the Stow Kent Rd. 7-Eleven location are all professional, friendly, and courteous. And actually cool. Maybe Cuyahoga Falls Main St. / Howe Ave. 7-Eleven location could undergo customer service training overseen by the Stow Kent Rd. 7-Eleven location. Or from the Sheetz directly across Main St. Sheetz is great, too.

September 2020 by not telling
I had purchased a deluxe wash didn't dry my vehicle called to let them know a female told me no problem next time I was in the area let them know and they would give me a rewash ..... Just stopped in today no one remembers speaking to me said I need a receipt who keeps a car wash receipt after you enter the code it goes in the trash !!!!!! Treated with disrespect and not to mention the associates had their masks on their chins during a global pandemic
