Every staff member is courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating, and works with their customer to find the perfect item at the best price. No pressure, no high stress sales tactics- just friendly folks that want to help make the experience an A+. The store is well lit, clean, and welcoming. They even have multiple finance options to meet their customers needs, and the process is super easy! I am recommending all of my family, friends, and acquaintances to the Cuyahoga Falls Ashley location. It's getting to be the holiday season, and I'm loving the specials that Ashley is running the entire month of November. If you want high quality, long lasting furniture with an easy and friendly experience- the Cuyahoga Falls Ashley is the way to go!!!

Isaiah McClain is a very processional salesperson without pressure to buy. Checked all the boxes for me and my wife and his presentation was enlightening on how sleeping can enhance our health. We look forward to seeing him again for future purchases.

We walked in and Mindy was very quick to help us find the mattress section. She was very knowledgeable and went over a lot with the different mattresses. We eventually found a mattress in the price range we wanted and able to be delivered in the time frame we wanted. It was a great experience all around.

I had an amazing experience! Omar was so patient and so helpful. We spent over an hour and a half looking through the showroom making sure I find the best sectional. He helped me with designing and the difference with choosing the colors and assuring it will fit basing it off of my measurements (that weren’t that great). If you go to Ashley furniture in CF ask for Omar!

Michael helped us buy the perfect bed frame and pick out the right mattress! He didn’t pressure us to buy, was patient with us and took the time to know us and understand what we wanted. He made sure to keep us in our budget and even ended up getting us under budget. Highly recommend Ashley’s in Cuyahoga Falls!

When we arrived we were greeted with a smile by Kelly at the door. We told her that were looking for a sofa and loveseat. she and she took us to that area in the store. Finding what we liked, but also wanted to check out one more store. When we returned to make our purchase a couple days later Kelly (who is in training) and Kick were very helpful. Enjoyed seeing the two doing the check out. Kelly will be a great asset to your team.
