Their posted hours are incorrect, they close an hour before. If you aren’t taking people because you want to go home, just change your hours online so no one drives out to you a full 50 minutes before closing for a service.

My Mom and I went yesterday and while the staff was nice the end result not so much. Looking closer at my toes - the polish is bubbled. I then has a gel manicure and the nails are not smooth on the tips. There are too many other places to go to for the results I walked out with.Services: Pedicure

I used to love this place and never have an issue with paying. Tech had an issue with adding more acrylic to my already thin nails. She refused the first time I asked. I had to ask 3 different times before she agreed to do it. What I don't like is how there's no communication as to what you're paying for. I saw the tech write down a "minimum" without consulting me- the customer, before I even sat down in the chair. They basically charge you $5 extra to simply file your nails. (no shape) Receptionist was extremely rude-spoke to me as if I were inferior. They were unwilling to compromise on the overcharge and were rude about it. That is why they get 1 star instead of 2. This is actually the second review I have left because the first was deleted I believe. Would not recommend this place or go back.AND DON'T DELETE MY REVIEW!!!!

This salon is beautiful and you definitely pay for the scenery but the quality of nail service is terrible. I been there only a handful of times and each time my full set NEVER last. This last time I went my nails started to fall off with in a week and a half, if that. It’s way over priced and the techs always are in a rush. I only come here if I have a gift card. I went to pretty nails in Fairlawn (highly recommend) and my nails still look great after 3 weeks ! if you want to waste money to feel bougie but get terrible quality work, then this is the place to go.Services: Acrylic nails

The most beautiful nail salon I've ever been in too! Clean. Comfortable & I felt like I was on vacation! Decor and design are top notch. My nail tech Taksana was wonderful! Took her time. Very relaxing! I was there on a Monday not to many people, it was absolutely fabulous! Front desk gal was a bit rude.. and just in her own world. BUT it was such a short interaction, it didn't matter. I'll be back! They only take cash tips but the techs take cash app and venmo! Thanks!

Best pedicure in town! Lots of colors to choose. I also love the fact that they are open on Sundays! Friendly people and very clean spa.

The man that did my pedicure was very rushed and the entire experience was actually extremely painful instead of relaxing. Let's just say I needed the drink to numb the pain. He waxed my eyebrows once as well and ripped the skin off my eyelid. I think it's safe to say I will never be returning and I advise the same for others. I typically do not post reviews but feel that others should be aware of the services you will receive. It's a shame. This used to be a great place.Service: Pedicure

Had an amazing experience when I went with my mom to get pedicures at 1:30 today! Honestly wish I could have remembered my nail techs name because she gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time and even took the extra time necessary to make it an amazing experience! The salon was incredibly clean and everyone was very friendly and professional.Definitely going to be following up to see if they do polygel, as I will probably be making this my new go-to salon if they do!Thanks for an amazing experience :)

Never again! I went for a powder dip manicure. (me and 4 of my girls) My manicurist didn’t speak English and didn’t appear to understand me. I don’t understand how one can live in this country, work in this country, have American clients and have no knowledge of the language! After 1 hour and 37 minutes, I left there, totally frustrated by the lack of communication (by 2 “manicurists” my first guy who couldn’t make snowflakes and kept trying to put silver glitter on my nails and the second girl who didn’t understand the difference between silver and gold and big and small) and shocked by the price. 75.00! There was nothing that they did to earn that price. Yes, I requested a design, but every other salon offers that for a minimal cost (not 20.00). Additionally, I was put off by the fact that my “manicurist “ had deplorable looking hands himself. He should have used gloves or at least cleaned his nails. How this place stays open, I’ll never understand, but they will never see another dime from me.Service: Gel manicures

Just got back from my nail appointment, which as we know, is never really an appointment at these salons. I will never go to an Anthony Vince Salon again. This salon is overpriced and under-qualified, not to mention that there is a general lack of communication skills. I requested a dip powder manicure in black with small silver snowflakes. My manicurist had ragged, dirty nails himself ( sorry, but is disgusting that he held my hand in his with dirty nails...no gloves ).He didn't understand what I was saying and while I understand that these employees are foreign, I can't help wonder why they don't develop some basic English skills since most of their clients are American. This, of course will be an unpopular opinion, but this fact added to my frustration and the length of the "appointment " because I couldn't make my manicurist understand what I wanted. Three times I told him, short, oval/ round shape....black with small silver snowflakes. The base went well, but twice he had to change the silver. He wanted to do his own thing, because he didn't understand and I kept saying "no". Eventually, he found someone to "design". Honestly, my new girl was no better. She didn't know the difference between gold and silver and big and small. She knew no English, as well. End of the day, I was charged 75.70 and spent 1 hour and 37 minutes trying to get what I wanted. Lesson learned...never go to an Anthony Vince salon unless you have unlimited funds, time and you don't care about your manicurist's hygiene AND you have the patience of a Saint.

The experience was pretty typical. They were nice. I swear I was told one office yet charged another, but I wouldn't have known because the prices wasn't posted anywhere when I was there. They have a bar of some sort in there. I didn't give it a go. It was clean. But it wasn't like I felt as though I could've gotten exactly what I wanted on my nails because one, I wasn't asked and two, they seemed pretty adamant on giving me my one gel color and getting me out the door. Would I go back... I don't know.

If I could give this salon less than one star I would. Upon looking at the aesthetic you would think it was an upper echelon experience, but it is extremely sub par from the poor customer service to the poor job they do on both nail and pedicure services. I visited this place twice, both times an extreme disappointment. The first time I got a dip and a gel pedi. I left the salon with the bottom of my feet feeling like sandpaper. Not even a week later my nails were literally splitting in half at the nail beds, something I've NEVER experienced getting a dip! I came back to the salon not even two weeks later to get my pedicure redone, as well as my nails so they wouldn't break any further and bleed. To my dismay, I receive yet ANOTHER DISAPPOINTING SERVICE, no accommodations or discounts on the current service. I let the manager know I was extremely unhappy with my sloppy and half done pedicure, as well as my gel manicure which left me with cuts on my fingers and lacerations on my cuticles. They refused to fix my nails and still expected a full $90 payment. When I expressed my frustrations and disappointments, THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME!! I was forced to pay full price for a half a** service. Please do not patronize this establishment. Over priced service for a subpar experience. Never again!!
