Place has cool stuff but it’s not like you can buy anything. Waste of time. Drove 45 mins out just for the guy to walk up to us asking what we are looking for staring us down uncomfortably. We looked at a few cars until he comes up to my boyfriend and I telling us there’s nothing good here practically saying to leave and interrogating us about leaving a door open to a car that apparently isn’t a parts car? Really weird uncomfortable feeling, if you didn’t want people shopping they shouldn’t say it’s open and have the gate open?♀️

My boyfriend bought Mazda rebuilt kit 13-B and the parts were broken after he installed the parts put together the engine it did not start. He took the motor to a friends auto shop took it apart those parts did not work . There was another person there and said the same thing happened to him $630.00 down the drain. I am sure many others have the same experience.

I’ve gotten two 2.3 ford motors, both were junk(One had rod bearing failure and the other, the connecting rod want even connected to the piston and had scared cylinder walls)(Never even installed in my truck because I inspected them before I put in the motor)Then I call to resolve the second motor and he wouldn’t warranty it with cash back. Then proceeded to have an attitude saying I was being rude when he was cussing towards me, all I wanted was a running motor which he guaranteed. Wouldn’t recommend. The old guy was very unprofessional about the entire situation.

This is the only salvage yard I've ever used, since I moved to Ohio over 5+ years . And the people that owns and runs it are absolutely amazing and very friendly too. Plus everytime I've needed a part or any form of help, they were right there with "opened hands & a smile, an great prices.
