“Had an unfortunate encounter with an animal. Needed bumper cover, fog light and wheel well cover. Called four repair shops with each having a three to four month waiting list. We kept the car for driving while Ray's ordered the cover and parts, painted it and had us bring it in when things were ready. Less than a month and the car was repaired to perfection. “Very good auto parts store. Had the part that the other stores don't carry. After going to the other auto parts stores one of the managers told me to go to Napa. That they'd be the only place to get the parts I needed, nobody else could even order them in! A little more pricey but but allot better quality & a very good warranty! Very knowledgeable staff!”

“Curt did a excellent job repairing my 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD after I had a head on collision with a 150lb deer at 65mph. Airbag deployment and all. I took my truck out to him on Monday and he called me on Wednesday and said my truck was ready for pick up !!!I couldn’t believe how fast they got it done. And at a very fair price !!! “My check engine light came on during a trip home with my niece. I stopped to have it read. They let me know what the issue was. I asked if they thought it was safe to continue our trip. They couldn't say for sure with that reading so they suggested I stop by Rod's Tires and Exhaust to get a more detailed reading. They were all very sweet and helpful!
I let my husband know what the reading was and he said I could keep going as long as the light wasn't flashing. Made it home safely!”
“I have to say I was upset about a sales on a part. I tagged them and posted about it out of frustration of the circumstance. I received a call from them to correct it and they offered install. Lesson learned...Maybe I am at some fault for not asking for a manager, but I’m happy they made an effort after I left to correct the issue.”

“One of the managers Alex just saved out butts big time. Needed a new fuel pump and received the wrong part on their end (online order, not the store) cuz of a bad return. Had my tank dropped and everything then noticed we received the wrong part. He went above and beyond to make sure we left with the right part today since I’m pregnant and have many appointments I need to get to and was inconvenient for my truck to sit for more days.
