Mary Kay is completely unprofessional and rude. DO NOT use this funeral home if you want them to do complete opposite of what you want. They will not treat your loved one like a piece of garbage.

I would want NO ONE to take care of my family as this family. They go above and beyond. Thank you for helping us with getting through a very difficult time. Y’all are beyond. God Bless you!!!

They carried out the funerals for my brother, stepmother, and my father with respect, compassion and skill. They ensured my father got military rites observed at his funeral, made every arrangement, and walked us through the horrible process of grieving for a loved one taken too soon. We had no idea what we were doing but thank goodness, they did.

Life Isn't Cheap , So why on earth would anyone expect death to be any sort of a game changer . An along the way even the mortuary fumbles here & there . Nobody likes dealing with death but with these guys if you keep it short, quick & concise they knock Grandma's socks off . All the while they are highly compassionate & caring but if you want top dollar service at a below par price , then you will be seriously let down . Myself I'm a no nonsense , quick & to the point Guy , which is exactly how I see Bayliff & Daughter ?. Life ain't fair nor is it easy so let's not put any more unwarranted demands on death than there needs to be ! Not only are they my 1st choice there my only choice !

Becky told me on the day before she promised me my fathers stone would be down, that my order was not on her radar. WHAT?!? I paid for half of it at signing so wouldn’t the other half come up in some sort of organizational program that notifies you of a due date for your business??? Like a calendar??? I’m so awfully disappointed and heart broken that my fathers memorial was handled with such little respect.

When my grandfather passed, they went over and beyond to make this difficult time as easy as possible. The compassion and empathy from them was remarkable. Thank you for everything.

Routine process and all business. No compassion and EVERYTHING went wrong due to misunderstanding from their end. It made the process very difficult and even more painful than it should have been. Please consider other places.

My father passed at the end of January, and we had his viewing at Bayliff and Son. The staff was composed and courteous during a very difficult time. His funeral was well constructed, and we were very grateful for the military rites he received. Thank you Bayliff and Son staff, we appreciate everything that you did for us.

I had my cat cremated here, never again! I doubt its even his ashes i received. I had him wrapped in a blanket left to me from my mother's death, and was told my blanket was cremated along with my cat! They charge by the pound for cremation. When i told the lady at Bayliff how important this blanket was she acted like it didn't concern her in the least. Cold cold attitude. Please do your loved ones right and DO NOT trust these people. I wish I'd have never came here! How disrespectful they were!

My brother was at this funeral home and most recently my husband was. I worked closely with Becky and also John for my husbands funeral. At this time in ones life it is difficult to make plans for the funeral, do what will provide loving memories for self and family but also control expenses. John and Becky was so helpful and very thoughtful. They were always available when I needed them even for just a simple question. I will always remember their kindness and professionalism. It was very much appreciated.
