“A couple days before I was supposed to leave Ohio to head home to Texas the fuel pump had issues. Finding a good diesel mechanic is an iffy prospect. One was recommended, but booked several weeks out. They recommended calling Cory and I'm so glad they did! He told us honestly he wouldn't be able to get to it for a week. However, as soon as we got there he came and checked the codes to get an idea what was going on. Imagine our surprise when he squeezed working on our truck in between his other jobs and had it finished a couple days later. Bless him we got to leave on time after all and no ridiculous extra charges! The truck runs great, got home safely, and we definitely recommend him if you're needing an honest diesel mechanic that knows what he's talking about. Thank you!”

“The air conditioning went out on my Ford Explorer last year and was quoted a large sum from the dealership to fix it. I would normally talk to my long-time mechanic, but he retired a few years ago, leaving me searching for a new mechanic.
After looking around, I discovered B & B Auto Repair, a locally-owned shop tucked away in downtown Wapakoneta. They have been around for a while, but to be honest, this was the first time I had heard of them. I gave them a call and talked to a very friendly and knowledgeable person named Van. We discussed my issue and I scheduled an appointment later in the week.
When I arrived, I was greeted by a small friendly (to me at least) dog and a pleasant office staff. The place was a quite busy, but Van took my SUV into the shop right away to run his diagnostics. I chose to wait and about an hour later, Van emerged from the shop and gave me a detailed rundown of everything he had to do to diagnose the issue. He then took me back to my vehicle and showed me exactly where the problem was and gave me a couple of options.
Since I was leaving town three days later, I chose the “quick” option, with the option of coming back for a full fix. The quick fix was only 10% of the price of the dealership, so there were no complaints from me. Even the full fix would likely come in at less than half the dealer-quoted price.
Van had the repairs completed ahead of schedule, and I picked up my Explorer the following afternoon. When I started it up, I was greeted with a welcome blast of cool air from the air conditioner. On my way home, I actually had to dial it back as I was getting a little cold. I’ve since been driving around more and the AC is working great.
B & B is currently working on my daughter’s car, which was in need of multiple repairs, including her AC. She can hardly wait!”

“You can tell everything about people by how they treat people who don't really have a choice. My wife were traveling when our car broke down in the middle of no where. We had the car towed to auto medic. They listened and we're genuinely concerned for us. They diagnosed the car right away. It would be a few days to get the parts we needed. We got there so late that the rental car place would close before we could walk there. They drove us down just to make sure we could get a car to go home. Cost was less than what I was quoted at multiple garages in my city. Theres a 100 ways they could have taken advantage but they didn't. I only wish we weren't hours away so I could bring my vehicles there from now on. Car is running great, haven't had a single problem since.”
“Hello I'd like to say my father went there all the time when I was a kid I'm grown up moved back home I have a crown Vic and needed a lot of work and I've took it there 4 or 5 times .they fixed my whole front end and recently fixed my rear end put new coils on it drives like new .they are fast and very thorough.and time is used to there advantage cannot find fault with them .best hometown mechanics shop around thanks”
“Stopped there recently for a quick oil change before taking my family on a vacation with my vehicle. They used Royal Purple which in my opinion is top of the line oil for my vehicle. They topped my fluids and checked my tires. They were very friendly and told them I was going to give them a great review as well as tell all my family members to start going there. Unfortunately, I had the worst time finding anyone who could work on my vehicle in this area. I asked around my buddies at school (UNOH) and from word of mouth, I turned to this business. “7/25/24: Came back in because our battery was also very weak. They don't have the car battery part, but they will install it for you - I got mine at Advanced Auto Parts, down the road. The service was very fast, and again, very kind and honest mechanics. The car starts up so nicely. This will now be my go to for any car repair!
We have a 2017 Ford Escape that had an EVAP issue, P1450 code and they were able to fix it within an hour! Our car doesn't have a rough start anymore, and it's such a wonderful feeling. It usually was rough after adding fuel and gradually got worse, but now it starts like normal.
They are very kind, honest mechanics and I do highly recommend going to this place for repairs!”

Me and a couple friends we're on our way back from Nashville to Ontario when about a mile down the interstate from RRR we had a sudden breakdown in my 2011 Honda Fit. And we are thankful to God that these people we close enough for us limp the car into their shop. As it happened, one of my spark plugs was not torqued in correctly. This led to the destruction of the spark plug, ignition coil, and threads. All of which was diagnosed and repaired in little over 3 hours. The pricing was also very reasonable. Then we were back on the interstate and made it home safely that night.”

I have been living 13 hours away for over half of my life, and I always fear getting my car worked on where I live. I am always worried I will get taken advantage of and "ripped off" or oversold on services I do not need, or may never even had a problem with.
