What is wrong with Sam the clerk at the counter? I’m not sure what type of happy pills she’s taking but she needs to lay off them. She’s so fake! Not to mention she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Which seems to be a problem here at the Creston PO. If I see that she’s working next time I’ll just go to Seville where I’m treated with respect!

I love this post Office the staff here is so friendly and always so helpful with what I need. It is never crowded in this post office and honestly if I need to send a package through the USPS I would go here. Much better than the wooster post office which is absolutely horrendous.

Had mail, yesterday and today, in our mailbox at road to be picked up, flag was up on box. Carrier missed this both days, saw them go by so know they went. Mailed needed to go so drove to Creston to put in box at post office. My late dad worked in post office for 30+ years so I'm not one to criticize the postal service but service has deteriorated. Being a government entity they have no competition for letters.

I recomend if you live close to creston use therevpost office . I wouldnt take a dieing dog to rittman they are roude and hatefull there.

Received confirmation that they had my package. Go the next morning to pick it up. I was refused because she was to lazy to go get it in the back. No wonder they're losing business to UPS and FedEx!!

I'm a comic book collector so the condition they end up in when I get them is very important. Not once have I ever not had my packages on my porch in a safe spot keeping their quality and their value. I've actually lived in cities that were so bad I couldn't get stuff delivered. It's nice knowing none of my stuff is gonna get left out in the rain or out on the street to get messed up!

More than one occasion they have not come down my driveway to deliver my package that needs signed for. I just get a note in my box saying sorry we missed you even though I was home all day. Now they expect me to drive 15 minutes to creston to get the package for which postage was already paid. That's theft isn't it??

Packages supposedly delivered but not received. This has happened more than once. One came 4 days after they said it was put in the box. On good terms with all my neighbors so I know it did not go to their house. And frankly if my address is on a package why would it be put in another box anyway?
