I live 3 hours from Creston Auto, I drove down on a Saturday to pick up a hood and a fender. When I got home I realized that they had given me the wrong fender. I called first thing on Monday, they were very kind and sent someone to Toledo to exchange fenders.

Very unprofessional at the counter. Parts were not off and ready as promised after I called. I removed the parts/accessories myself and was rudely cutoff when I asked for a small discount for my time!!

The man behind the counter needs to be respectful and not raise his voice to you or get rude when you are trying to explain what you were told on the phone. The guys pulling the part were respectful. I will never shop there again especially when they knew I was driving an hour and a half one way and the part wasn't even pulled. So i will never shop there again. I give them 0 stars... if possible I would give them negative 50 stars. All my husband,
