Accelerated Towing & Recovery deserves so many more stars than what I could provide. Hands down the best tow company around! This place breaks the law. When your car is impounded it's the car that is impounded. Not your personal property. You are legally allowed to recover your personal.property even when your car is impounded.

September 12th, 2022Going home from the fair Monday night, going up Oak Hill, the car quit accelerating, it would not move!!!! My daughter & I tried calling about 6 tow Companies, most have been closed, but one of the Newer Companies told us they couldn't come Tow us until 10:30 the NEXT MORNING!!! We were in a nice lady's Driveway, no way to get around us. I called 911, & they connected me with, ACCELERATED, The Nicest guy came, In about 10 or so Minutes. He got my 4 wheel drive car, (that had have DOLLIED!!)He took great care in hooking it up!My car wouldn't start, to get it moved out of the drive!! He worked SO HARD ON IT, GETTING THE RIGHT ANGLE TO TOW IT!!! Then He even dropped me off at home, albeit it was only a few blocks out of the way. The owner even gave me a break on the price!!!!I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS & FAMILY!!10 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!!! I PRAY I NEVER NEED TO GET TOWED AGAIN, BUT I GUARANTEE I WILL USE THEM IF I DO NEED A TOWTHANKS FOR MAKING A BAD NIGHT, SO MUCH BETTER, Richard Duescher & Accelerated!!!!

these people came to my house and tried to erroneously and illegally take my car stating that it was out for repo when I called my finance company and they assured me and them they never put this car out for repossession these people continue to harass me and threaten me saying that they would take my vehicle regardless of what the police or my finance company said. Their tow truck driver physically hit me with his tow truck and would not tell me why he was even here just that he was taking my car I had to call the police and have the police told him to drop my car off his truck.

These are not honest people. Cost me $2000. Were supposed to come to Illinois and buy a tow truck off of me said they had the money and were on the way said they would be there in 2 hours and didn’t show up. After dragging it along for 3 weeks. I would advise you go elsewhere if you don’t want screwed.
