Reid made a necklace out of the stone in my late grandfathers ring. I never take it off, but noticed a piece would get caught and was worried it would ruin it! My mom took it back to him and he fixed it perfectly and quickly! Aside from my wedding ring, it’s my most important piece of jewelry and the time and care he put into it is beyond 5 star ratings!
