Elaina Rose replied back by email quickly answering my questions and leaving their cell number to answer even quicker if I had other questions. Was able to deliver my flowers in less than 2 hours, 20 minutes away. Was very appreciative, thanking me for my business, super friendly, updated me as it was done with a picture and verifying the recipient. Arrangement looked great with some flowers not bloomed yet so they will last longer as well. They really knocked it out of the park with their service and will be using them again.

Highly recommend. I ordered an arrangement and chime for a funeral service in Greenville, Ohio. Ellaina Rose was unbelievably helpful and the arrangement and chime was beautiful.
