Have been visiting this location since it opened. Employees are very helpful and friendly. I usually get coffee, breakfast pizza, or a donut in the mornings, and sometimes order a pizza online on weekends. The only cons are there are always flies buzzing around one particular coffee machine, and for some reason they did away with the plain yellow cake donuts....the ones that are light brown with a yellow cake inside and no icing on them. I really miss those and I don't stop here as often because of it.

I walked up to the counter and sat my stuff down and the guy working behind the counter was already on his cell phone typing and after I sat my stuff down on the counter he continued to only pay attention to his phone and continue typing for 2-3 minutes while I stood there when he was finished he finally started ringing my stuff up his customer service is terrible he was more worried about being on his phone rather then helping customers

Nice coffee bar and selection, staff was very nice. Little awkward to get in and out as it's on the corner of a busy intersection.

Got a large pep n sausage pizza with wings last week. Both were absolutely delicious. Wings were prepared so well no dipping sauce needed. You guys are awesome!!

Ordered a pizza,got it home took a bite and pulled a long blond hair out of my mouth.their giving me a refund but I will never eat pizza from covington Casey's again.

waited in line for 10 mins & no one came to help & there was a girl in the back with her headphones on that could of just came to take my money would of paid for the rest of it at the pump.i did smile & wave at her ??♀️ so i left the bar code for my food on the counter & left the money behind..

You will be overcharged on your 20oz Pepsi products ( for the last 5weeks) in the store and if you point it out to the register you will be the bad person. Drama in this store with the employees is a on going problem and a problem with every visit it seems like. I reached out to customer service through your app to see why such problems exist and hopefully it will be resolved. I have met some great employees there and sadly they’re not there anymore more then likely from the hateful manager/management that are there at the time. I don’t know about you, but I work hard for my money and being consistently overcharged at my local village. Casey’s needs to stop not just for me, but every hard working Covington Ohio person.
Kid-friendliness: I pointed out all that I wanted to say already.

Of all the things that have happened in the 21s century, Caseys gas stations is definitely one of the better events.The beauty about Caseys is that they are all the same. No matter where I go Caseys always has the same food that I love and the same friendly service.

I’m not one who does reviews on employment. I loved working here, but drama seems to be number 1 priority in the Covington, Ohio location. The Acting Store Manager was just as much involved in the chaos as anyone else. The District Manager is just as useless and struggles to hold accountability where it belongs. Casey’s picked up a real winner with that one. His nasty attitude and lack of transparency was disgusting at our team meeting we had recently. With their management and district manager I’m not surprised for their turnover rate and it will continue as long as the management they currently have still hold their jobs.

The lack of customer service in this place is a joke and the management even a bigger joke. Find another gas station to get your gas because they’re pumps never work and they get mad when you say something about it. The lack of convenience in this place is a joke!

Pizza is hardly ever open. When it is and you order a pizza the food is good but the workers are rude. Good service at the registers though. Just not food.

Horrible, stopped there yesterday at 12 noon and not one hot food item available. Third time stopping here and will be my last. Didn't even have cold subs or wraps, 3 employees standing around doing nothing. Would be a great place for a convenience store smh! Manager needs fired along with employees! Store is losing thousands of dollars because of poor management.
