They have always seemed to go above and beyond the call each time I’m there and this isn’t my “home” location either so they don’t know who I am or have any reason to help as much as they do. Lost a debt card recently and the manager instantly took me into her office to get everything squared away. Was a huge help and got me in and out of there in less then 5 mins with a new debt card in hand as if nothing had happened. Can’t state enough how helpful and great this location is. You’d be crazy to not go to this location over any other.”

“If you're looking for excellent customer service, amazingly friendly people, and a hometown credit union the Piqua branch is the place for you. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction. I recently received a fraud text alert notification from MyUsa. Somehow scammers had obtained my credit card info and attempted to use it to pay for a $300.00 purchase. I immediately canceled my card and requested a new one. When my card didn't arrive from corporate in the promised time, I stopped by my branch to let them know. Now I'm going to give a HUGE shout out to MacKenzie Sasks, the very nice girl who somehow manged to have my new card in less than twenty four hours. She said it would be at the branch office by three o'clock and it was. Even more impressive is that she called me at home at 2:55 to tell me it had arrived. What???? Actual caring customer service?? “Today I went into the troy location for the first time and needed something to accommodate convenience of having to go to a branch to make a loan payment every month or mailing out a coupon. The way I was explaining it was becoming confusing which then made responses confusing as well but the two ladies who helped me were so beyond patient and kind and trying their best to understand and help.
