I called and had a gentleman order tires for my vehicle, although it was my fault I didn't know my exact tire size since my car was stranded. I gave the man my make and model and the tires I recived were the wrong size. Two days later I realized they were the wrong tires, when I called yesterday after I got my car fixed the man that answered had an attitude as I was trying to explain what the issue was. When I told him the story he told me "he wasn't interested in buying the tires back" and that "it had nothing to do with them" , I tried to explain that they had ordered them, I paid and picked up there and he told me to "call the tire manufacturer". I understand I should've known my tire size when calling to order but the overall situation lacked professionalism considering they made the first mistake and flat out refused to fix it.
