I am very happy to be at Riverside Towers. No one bothers you in your apartment, other residents will speak to you when you are out and about. They have bingo, bake cookies in the community room. You will notices in your door about activities going on. The manager is very nice and there are janitors here to work on repairs when you put in a work order with the manager.

I wasn't able to enter the building, but this place looks exactly like the Gaylord Towers in Steubenville and Alliance Towers in Alliance. The elevators even look similar, too, although these ones have Brailles. While the other two buildings in Steubenville and Alliance opened in 1979, this one opened in 1977. It’s sad that they're upgrading the two elevators. I never had a chance to ride them.

Well it's a real good place to live as far as clean and comfort. But they could do a little work on the management, takes a while to get things fixed and staff could be nicer. Too many rules, I mean this is our home and we should be able to sit in lobby. It feels like a nursing home with all the rules, and they keep adding new ones. Thank You,,for your time.

My visit to Riverside Towers was great. The outside of the building was very clean and there was benches you can sit on to sit and relax as well as places to barbecue. The inside was very clean and had a very inviting look with sofa and chairs to sit and visit.The lady that runs the building Kayleen Carpenter was very helpful at answering the questions I had and telling me all about the place.The apts.are very nice,clean,roomy and comfortable with a nice size balcony attached to the living room.I would definitely recommend moving into there.

Most residents are very welcoming. We have game day, cookouts, bingo, holiday dinners. We also have Coffee Club every morning sometimes pastries, also we have Billiards, puzzles and other events. It is clean, the staff is excellent and friendly.

Since Kayleen is back as our manager it feels more like home. I have lived here for almost 6 years, but had my mind set to live here 1 year. Then I got to know the other residents and staff and decided I would stay until the day comes I have to leave for one reason or another. During that time we lost Kayleen to another complex and a new manager came on scene. Things went down hill fast and I was back to wanting to move. Thankfully that manager found another job and in came our shining star. Every day it seems like there are more improvements. The guys working in maintenance are friendly and always busy. If they see something that needs taken care of they do it. Finally a place I can truly call home. During the past several months, there have been noticeable changes outside and it has made this building stand out in this neighborhood. A lot of things are happening to make things more fun for us, like coffee with the manager once a month, paper sack lunches once a month, outdoor games, a tomato garden, and an upcoming Canal boat ride. Kayleen is a true asset to not just the company but to the residents of Riverside Towers.

I really like here now that we have a new person running the place. Things are getting done right and the place is clean and friendly. Thank you for the opportunity to let me have a place to live I feel safe at. Can't wait until we get some Activities started so we can be involved in.

Exceptional senior, 55+, place to live. Five floors, 100 one bedroom apts located in Coshocton, Ohio.Friendly neighbors, excellent manager and staff, multiple activities (including a pool room, community room, daily coffee club, bingo, puzzles, library, etc.). Reasonable rent and utilities based on income. Immaculate grounds and interior. Lots of security and safety features.

The manager is so patient and understanding.everything was explained to me of available resources.. very curtious and compassionate.. genuinely care for every residents well-being.. the building is clean and the apartments are immaculate ..
