Came in to pick up prescription and they told me that I had to go thru drive thru which I did and when I got up to drive thru they said sorry we went to lunch. Why didn't they just tell me that when I was in there.

I fill all my prescriptions here. They are usually on top of things fairly well

Longtime CVS Coshocton Ohio customer, first time an employee asked if I needed help finding a produce. Loren, he was so helpful and I really appreciated him! Good job CVS getting employees on the floor to help. Loren is a keeper, you can tell he likes and appreciates his job.
