J J the Customer service representative was very friendly and extremely helpful with everything I needed and helped set up multiple apps and my phone which was greatly appreciated as my eyesight is very bad ! He also transferred my information and has a wealth of technical knowledge! Cricket is probably not paying him enough for his ability and skills!!

No return calls and very little as far as it coming to help you how with the products and stuff you bought at their store style is 5G stylist and it won't even sell you a replacement or switch your phone out even though you have insurance
