They were a great place to store my belongings for a few months. Loved that it was a safe and secure place with a digital code that only paying customers could access. They were even great when I thought I lost my keys ~ going above and beyond their call of duty to look for them. Thank you!

My situation is different.I don’t have property being stored. A friend of mine does and ended going to jail. A balance had accumulated and they still stored the property.I was able to pay the balance and the belongings are still safe.Thank you!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service and outrageous fees for everything. They are predatory and have horrible business practices. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars to store your stuff.

My gf has a unit here and has been to the location to access her unit many times and the keypad says valid but the gate won't open ever! Try to contact the owner and get no answer or response.... I wouldn't recommend this storage place to anyone they are overpriced and deny access all the time! BEWARE!

I’ve rented space from Jason and Coshocton Secure Storage for over a year and it’s been a lifesaver. I have private, secure access via a PIN code and can come and go as I please. He even has provided use of electricity for a battery trickle charger. He runs other businesses in town very professionally and is always responsive. 5 stars all the way!
