“Had to go in for a recall & told them I was having an issue with my headlights, so they said they could run a diagnostic test and they did. Was gonna cost me $89.99, or maybe it was $99.99 either way they didn't charge me cuz they didn't see anything wrong anywhere. I was really surprised and really appreciated he didn't charge me anyways or just made something up like I've had done to me before. I have to say this place was really the best auto dealership I've ever came across and will definitely be going back if need be and I will definitely be recommending this place to as many ppl I can. “Recently had some vehicle issues. The alternator and belt also the radiator hoses all went bad and had to be replaced.
The Manager Braydon and other associates went above and beyond normal protocol to help me get the right parts in a timely fashion and work on getting the correct parts that fit.
Do yourself a favor if you need help and not really experienced in automotive parts go straight to Auto zone,
The first garage I had raked me over the coals charging more for used parts n labor than the new but I didn’t know,
Auto zone guys were honest n helpful. Stay away from garages in the Spring Mountain area.”
“I purchased a Transmission Control Module for a customer of mine from Hilltop. They sent it out the very next day. It made it to the UPS hub in Greensboro NC where it disappeared. UPS would not let me open a claim as the receiver of the package so I contacted these fine folks and they opened a claim from their end. Even though the package was lost by UPS and the fact that it was totally out of their control they refunded me the entire amount. Stand up folks! I would not hesitate to call on them again. Leaving this review was the least that I could do to help support a business that still runs itself ethically. May God bless your business.”
“Specialty Jeeps completed a ground up restoration on my 1941 Willys MB. They did an excellent job that exceeded my expectations. They provided a list of all parts used, what services were performed, did a thorough walk through on the day I picked the Jeep up on all the work they did, as well as recommendations for maintenance and care. The job did take a little longer than expected, but it was worth the wait as the end product was stellar. All work and parts were offered at competitive prices and I am looking forward to future business.”
