We bought my daughter her first car and went into this location to get a few things and Michael was so polite and helpful! He made sure we got all the correct parts and helped us find all the other things she needed to clean and decorate her new car! With ol fashion customer service like this we will absolutely visit this location again! Thank you Michael we will be loyal O'Reilly's customers from now on!

Called ahead to get prices and availability, was told it would be pulled and waiting for me. 2 hours later when I got there nothing was pulled and clerk was cleaning shelves. New clerk went through what I needed and total then was $150 more than original quote. 1st clerk looked up wrong parts. Needles to say I left mad and went to Napa. Parts were $200 cheaper. Won't ever go there again

Sam was overwhelmingly helpful today with my battery situation, I couldn’t be happier with the service. Not only did she install the battery for me but she found out it was still under warranty thank you so much Sam for your wonderful customer service today, I’ll be back to this store anytime I need something for my vehicles
