The day after I bought a 2109 Rubicon with 16,000 miles and a 6 yr extended warranty, the check engine light came on. I brought it back the very next day and the service department had a 17 yr old kid tell me they couldn’t find anything. I was not charged for the service or a signature requiring my warranty to be used or a deductible. The check engine light came on 3 weeks later and they had a female scheduler tell me they just turned the light off because they couldn’t find anything, and again, there was no deductible charged or a signature requiring my warranty to be used. The check engine light came on again 2 months later reading the same code as the two previous visits and now they are using my warranty and charging me a $100 deductible. I asked to speak to the service manager, Patrick Greenwood, and he said they didn’t charge me because they didn’t find anything and why should he be responsible for my deductible? He was arrogant and rude. He walked away from me as I was explaining what happened, shaking his head and dismissing me. I’m wondering why am I being charged with a $100 deductible, requiring a signature, for a service with the same code as my previous 2 visits? My first Jeep I bought new from this dealership and this used 2019 Rubicon is the last!

Do not trust their service department. They lie and scam you. My fiances truck was taken to a local shop after an accident and that shop sent the truck here to Greenwood for more repairs. All Greenwood was supposed to do was replace the track bar and perform an alignment. After it sitting there for a while we finally get it back, and it's pulling to the drivers side, which it never did before. My fiance went under the truck and was able to very quickly see they never even attempted to perform the alignment. We contacted the original place we took it, they told us to contact Greenwood. Our insurance had already paid them for this service. The gentleman in the service department was rude, unprofessional, and not knowledgeable at all. He admitted they never performed the the alignment but if we wanted it done we could pay out of pocket and we should be "happy" that they charged the insurance a discounted rate for the original alignment that was never performed. They had every excuse in the book about why it never got done initially. When the original shop picked it up they did tell them they did the alignment. If you've had your vehicle here recently for any kind of repairs, please take it elsewhere to have it checked. There negligence will seriously hurt or kill someone one day.

Scheduled a service appointment, was told two hours. Go to take car in and the guy tells me because it’s cold it could be hours longer and doesn’t know how long it’s going to take. Such a waste of my time. Stay away.

I took my Jeep there to get it looked at and was only supposed to pay $138 but ended up being $293 just to diagnose the problem and then wanted to charge me $2,300.87 to changed the WIN Module (ignition switch) then said they couldn’t get the part until the fall anyways so I took to Greenville dealer and paid $945 for the WIN Module and it came in within about 2 weeks and then paid $363 to instal it and also got a new key fob with it. They are crooks!!!

I give 1 star because there is no option for zero stars. Call and explained my 04 Dodge Durango was intermittently running rough at idle, occasionally stalling out. They said no problem, we will definitely find the issue by hooking it up to the diagnoses machine. $110.00 for the service. Upon getting the call to pick up my car, I was told that I needed to replace both catalytic converters and all sensors, from there we will be able to tell if there are any other issues. I just had the car at the muffler shop and was told both converters were good. So, the parts would be $2000.00 dollars plus labor. When I asked how they diagnosed the converters, I got alot of BS. I never got a code about the oxygen sensors, not converters. Basically you have to pass the bill to see what is in the bill. What a rip off.

The sales people are nice, but the after service is terrible the people taking in cars must be blind and don't care because the vehicles are very much not inspected the transmission costing around$1250 installed in my "new" 2007 mercury milan was terrible along with all 3 motor mounts were broken costing me almost $500 along with catalytic converter being clogged so engine doesn't idol properly. That may be another $350-400. The fan sounds like its taking off. I understand these vehicles are older but at least test and know about the vehicle and repair them especially if you're selling them for $5000.00.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Several issues with service, when Dory worked there she would never give me status updates. Took almost 2 months and NO LOANER CAR to fix my vehicle. Lied about it the entire time. And after they "fixed" it, it was leaking transmission fluid. GM got involved which didn't seem to make anything go smoother.. Took photos and told them about it. They said it was leaking oil not trans fluid. Complete lie as I'm a service advisor and saw it myself, red fluid. Then never got status updates from TJ unless I called in myself. Charged me another $100 deductible and lied to the warranty company about an oil leak that was never there just to make up time and money to correctly fix my vehicle. Showed up to end up waiting for a loaner car, dirty. Waited 45 mins to have one cleaned and gassed up. Never in their wildest dream will I return. And you shouldn't either. I do the same job as these people and I would never think of treating people the way they do, in fact, it would never stand in my store and you wouldn't have a job since you don't care so much! I guess it goes all the way to the top in this store.
