Severely going down hill, I'm sure their policies aren't all this branches fault, however if I buy something new, with a warranty I want it replaced with new when and off it breaks. I paid extra for the warranty and they were looking for a used or refurbished item to replace it with. Absolutely not. The manager corrected it but I had to be persistent that it was unacceptable.

The service here is fantastic, employees always incredibly helpful and polite. I live much closer to a different GameStop, but will drive to this one instead.

Employee very knowledgeable, helpful, very professional and reliable. Polite also. Very patient helping me with understanding things for my son. Very busy for holidays. Employees are very helpful and friendly.

Stopped in Christmas Eve to pick up a game for my nephew,WOW Bout left with a contact Buzz!Place reeked so bad of dope you would have thought they just got done burning just before I walked in.

Our order got canceled for Howard’s legacy and than we went to the store to get the game for the discounted price we ordered for (we ordered the game in store) and they told us they tough luck

The gentleman working here on 12/15/2023 tried saying that the Xbox I got for my kid was already picked up. This guy had this thing already in a bag in the back room ready to take home with him as it was close to closing time. He had a receipt already printed out and everything. I wouldnt do any online pickup from Here. This guy looked guilty as hell when I told.him.he better find it or I'm calling the police. Will not be going to another gamestop for any gaming needs

Today i made phone call to gamestop and talked to a man with the name mike/michael. I do not think i could have talked to anyone better. Mike had an answer for every single question i had and within 30 minutes had me in store purchasing an xbox for my son. I left extremely satisfied and grateful that i found mike to help with everything i needed. Thank you mike!

Waited 45 min to get a case opened to buy a console. Only one guy behind the counter, he was doing a great job, but damn need more help at this location

If you've ever been to a stand-alone Game Stop, you know what to expect as far as what a typical store has to offer and this location is no different. If you have never been to a GameStop before, look at their website before and don't want to peruse their website, they sell new and used video games, gaming systems, some other electronic items, and merchandise based on tv shows and video games.The staff has always been friendly and helpful here. Typically there's one, maybe two other customers in the store or it's just the staff doing their thing.
