The lady on the phone hung up on me when I said I couldn’t bring my vehicle in on the couple of days she had. Rude customer service- certainly will not be bringing my car here if that’s how the customer service is

I hit a deer and needed a headlight and front bumper. We waited 2 months for parts, which is fine. I understand the market. They told me to finally bring the car in, and it’s been over a month and the car is “still in repair”. Now I no longer have a rental covered by insurance, and they have pushed it back every week. The lady at the front office accidentally giggled out loud when I complained that this is screwing me. Her reason was “we have a lot of cars in the similar situation”. SO WHY ARE YOU STILL TAKING BUSINESS. They’re disrespectful, unprofessional, and seem to have little clue how to manage their time or run their business appropriately. Over a month sitting in the shop for a headlight and zero remorse or understanding. You’d think they’d offer a loaner for me, but no. I will actively go out of my way to never let anyone I know go to this shop.Service: Body & Trim

I went there when a tree fell on my truck, they had to replace the hood, roof, etc, overall it was a big job. It looks like nothing ever happened, and they were extremely professional, friendly, and on time, definitely would recommend to go to themService: Painting

Daffron's does substandard work and didn't repair my vehicle like we agreed upon. It's unfortunate I had to find out the hard way instead of taking it to a more qualified shop where I probably wouldn't have to deal with an arrogant owner. The Grandfather and father did great work when they had the shop, don't know what happened with the son / grandson.

Daffron's fixed my car after I hit a deer; they did a beautiful job. Daffron's has been in business for a very long time, his dad fixed my car decades ago, they are still the only shop I will go with. Beautiful work fast service and they are courteous and fair!! They are the best!!!!

I usually don't like to give a bad review to businesses but I feel that people need to be aware of the sub-standard service I was provided by Daffron's. I was informed that my car was completed. When I arrived pick it up there was damage that was clearly indicated in the original estimate that still remained. Daffron's agreed to fix the issue. They again informed me that my vehicle was ready (this time damage was corrected). I arrived and paid for the vehicle per the invoice they gave me. Shame on me for not taking the original quote as I was overcharged over $800. When I returned home I contacted Daffron's about the error and was told that there were "supplemental charges" and they would look into the invoice and contact me. I returned to Daffron's the following day and gave them a check for the amount that my insurance previously authorized and destroyed the original payment. The owner never apologized and actually followed me to the parking lot to ask me why I was "pissed off" at him.
