I shouldn't have to flag down an employee on a phone call on their personal cell phone to get checked out, let alone have the employee say they have to deal with a customer, set the cell phone down, not even speak to me, and continue the call.

Two cashiers behind the counter and I still had to check myself out. I don’t like the robots I like the real people. I don’t think I’ll be using Circle K anymore. If this is how they’re all going to be I don’t want to work at Circle K. That’s why I don’t have a job there.

The single star is the the terrible self serve register that doesn’t even take circle k’a own gift cards!!!! Why am I doing your job?
Not even offered a regular register when I requested one, instead the snarky employee said “these are the regular registers”……. Uh, no they aren’t !!!
Store was clean and except for being completely out of ice for the soda machines, was fine.
But get rid of the self serve registers, they eliminate staff and aren’t full serve.

Stopped in to purchase fuel and my circle k card expired. I needed a new one but the woman working this evening said you have to do it online now. I was looking on the counter and there were new cards as we’ve been doing it for years. That process is to save an additional percentage off. So I left. So Circle K here we are done.

Always get in and out quickly. If there is a line, I've not had to wait super long. Easily accessible to drive in and out of the parking lot.

Since the self checkouts were put in all the staff cares to do is stand behind the register and doing nothing. Can’t even do simple things like clean the fountain drink dispenser or change syrup bags.

Just be aware, if you buy gas at the pump using your card, they automatically charge your account $75 and will keep it for 3 days.We bought $28 worth of gas but received a notification from our bank transaction showing $75!!They charge all customers $75 at the pump if you pay with a credit or debit. Then they "hold it" for 3 days and then and only then do they "give back" the amount minus what you actually paid in gas.We travel across the country and been to hundreds of gas stations and we've never once encountered a gas station who does this. Probably because it's completely unnecessary and bordering on fraud.

Cashier refused to check me out, forced me to fight with a poorly designed self checkout system that kept spitting money back out at me. She kept telling people it was her birthday. Great.
