when dropping off my vehicle for AC repair & with out even seeing it the mechanic told me that my compressor will need to be replaced. I had a new one in the car. He said that it is likely bad & that he will need to replace it with his new one. Then he told me that my serpentine belt & tensioner needed replaced. the car ran with no problems sense I've owned especially starting. upon picking up the car I was told that the battery was junk. funny never had any problems even threw winter. It was perfect be for but now junk. was told that batteries like a switch just go bad. At home I went to load test the battery the hold down was missing including the nut and the battery was not ours. It was switched. This is my daughter's vehicle I don't take chances. I am a ASE certified 40 year experienced truck & car mechanic & I knew that I was lied to & they were pushing fictitious parts sales. my daughter's friend's mother code us that she has had the same experience with this shop. Fact.

They listen to your concerns and provide friendly service. They replaced plugs, wires, distributor rotor/cap, and repaired a severed wire to my engine temp sensor on my 1993 Ford e-350 RV. They also test drove it to diagnose an early shift of my transmission. 3hrs labor at $356. Parts were cheap, perhaps too cheap...guess time will tell. I'd visit again, especially given that it is difficult to find a shop to work on a RV.

My family has been their client for over 12 years. Great customer service, trustworthiness, professionalism, and incredibly generous deals - often going out of their way to complete services requested or to find the most affordable parts for our auto repair. I live in Columbus, OH but whenever I need repairs, oil changes, or checkups, I always hold out for a chance to come home to Warren and get excellent service done by these guys.
