I’ve been renting storage here for the last four years, I recommend this place to everyone, if you want an easy professional experience renting storage this is the only place you need to call. 24 hour access is so convenient for me and a must have, Very professional from beginning to end.

My time and experience with them has been great! Always took the time to answer my calls and text messages. Great location within driving distance of Cleveland, Youngstown and other major cities in Ohio. Also, very affordable, I have no complaints whatsoever!

Only had stuff there for a short time. You have to buy their lock and they keep a key!! Not secure. Never heard of facility keeping a key. Items missing, unit ransacked. Had itemized list of items and items missing and broke. Contacted owner with no response. Contacted insurance who claims since they have a key it's not forced entry!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SOMEONE TO GO THROUGH YOUR ITEMS AND TAKE WHAT THEY WANT AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON INSURANCE!!.

I started renting here 3 years ago to have a place to store my car when not in use. The location is perfect. Nestled in between 2 car dealerships, the storage unit building is well lit and I felt my car was very safely tucked away. 24 hour access made getting in and out of my unit easy. There are also security cameras for added peace of mind. I am moving out of state and that is the only reason I left this facility. Becki is wonderful to work with and communication has always been exceptional. I never had any issues storing here and would highly recommend this storage facility to others.

I have rented storage for my cars from numerous facilities. The common thread has always been the attitude of the staff. Matter of fact, condescending and sometimes outright rude for no reason. Not at Guard Plus+. Professional, pleasant and they appreciate your business. Well done.

I made a big mistake ,new debit card but did not change the items needed so my payment would go through. They helped me so the payment would be on time. I was upset but the staff calmed me down. They were kind to me, as always,. Thank you.
