The service was great!!!!!!But the store location and lighting are horrible!!!! I can't believe AT&T won't do anything to improve the site!!!!Maybe if AT&T took the site more serious it might improve the sales!!!!

Be aware that when you order an ATT prepaid phone or SIM online and then something goes wrong with online activation there's no way to actually get a hold of a real person to fix your issue. It's all AI which is useless.In order to fix your online activation issues you have to go to an ATT franchise store which receives NO MONEY from helping people fix the screwups that the corporate archaic prepaid system caused.Ash at this store was great and took 20 minutes of her time to call ATT backend and get connected to a real person (in India) to get my prepaid service activated and number ported over. Again, they don't make any money off this.Thank you Ash. I appreciate your help and really wish ATT would update their prepaid systems to be in modern times like every other wireless company.

Rylan is very professional and knowledgeable about what he does. I was very happy with our services and he helped me to save money. I've been with at&t for over 15 years and I will never go anywhere else.

I would have given 0 stars, but Google won't let you put less than 1 star. I was in the store for over 20 minutes and nobody came to help me. I was the only customer in the store. I heard people talking in the employee room. I was the only customer there. As soon as I got back in my car, two people, assuming they were workers, were lurking out the window of the store just watching me leave.

Tim hooked me up with a new Flip4. My old phone got ran over by a truck(my fault) Tim helped me decide on a new phone and explained all the warranties and insurances available for the phone. He even helped me setup the phone and get all my stuff off my old phone onto this one. Thank you Tim for helping me out in a hurry a day before I leave for vacation.

I have never had a problem that I could not get fixed at this location. And I've also never had more than a 5 maybe 10 minute wait and that only happened once. Would definitely go back there.

Switched 4 phones from T-Horrible. Ash was hands down the best customer representative I've ever dealt with! Extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, just all around great person. Tim was fantastic too, I'm an absolutely 100% satisfied customer and highly recommend!

If you're shopping AT&T, this is the place to go!!!We've been to several local stores and spent too many hours on the phone with corporate customer service/ technical support. THIS little store has the best, most helpful staff! They fixed the problem I was having in less than 5 minutes (I literally spent more than 3 hours on the phone with support yesterday) and they were kind and personable. Please do yourself a favor... if have a problem, are ready to upgrade your phone, or just need some accessories, give this store your business! The associates deserve it, and you won't be disappointed!

All I have to say is thank God for this place! Walmart family mobile is horrible & gave us the most difficult time to transfer numbers. The staff here was patient and kind the whole two hours we had to struggle! Thanks again Sean & Ashley! Even kept my brothers busy while we waited!

I added a line and two watches. Traded a phone and got an 800$ credit. Watches were buy one get one free. The sales rep upgraded my services to the unlimited. Was promised my bill would be no more then 250$ and if it's more then that, when I get the 1st bill to have them look it over, and they would fix it. Phone bill was over 500$. Called and manager stated she would speak to her higher up. But to call 1800 number to have activation charges waived. Activation was waived. Only 90 dollars. Got a call and was told no one could help me these were pro rated charges, and after 1 to 3 billing cycles my bill will go down to $260ish. This was the worst store I ever dealt with. A first bill is always a LITTLE higher then a normal quote I get that. But this was over 200$ more then what I was told. I have been a customer for years and always pay my bill on time. This was also the 1st time I ever dealt with this store.i always dealt with hermitage. I will never be back and if I had the 3000$ dollars to shut the lines off I would. i feel like i was robbed. Nothing will be done so I am moving on. If you get a promised quote get it in writing!!
