“I’ve been searching for a great vet for over a year. I’m so thankful to have found Pet Vet, because I love Dr. Lawless. We brought our French bulldog in at the suggestion of our usual vet, as they were too backed up to see him for an allergy issue, and I was so pleased with our experience that I’ve continued coming here for all primary care. My dog is very comfortable with her and I feel much more at ease during appointments because of the vet’s casual and welcoming, yet informative and professional demeanor.
It is “no frills” in the best way. Staff members have always been caring, prices are amazing, and their walk in appointment process is very organized. I actually prefer the walk in format, because my dog’s allergies/minor issues come up unexpectedly, so it’s extremely convenient to know I’ll be seen that day vs waiting days or weeks for an appointment at a traditional office.
Check in at the desk (you can leave your pet in the car during check in) and then expect to wait outside or in your car until it’s your turn. They are efficient and I’ve never waited more than 20-30 minutes to be seen, yet I don’t feel rushed during my appointments and the vet always provides knowledgeable answers to my questions.

“Ok, I can't say enough good about Dr Faulkner and his staff. We weren't patients for very long. Our Baxter who was only 10 mos old had to b put down last night. The clinic was technically closed but Dr Faulkner and the staff stayed to do surgery. As soon as we came in the door they were all over us, loving on Baxter and and reassuring me. Unfortunately sometimes things like this happen and no matter the love or care received isn't enough. This was my Bax. He was only 10 mos old. He absolutely loved everyone at the Gentle Vet. They make you feel so welcomed and provide quality care for your pet. I will be forever grateful to them for the love and excellent care they showed my baby. When the time is right, I'm sure I'll b a mom again and the Gentle Vet is where I'll be coming. They are truly wonderful people. Thanks everyone for all you did.”
“The doctors are fantastic, especially Dr. Terihay. I haven't seen her for an in person visit yet, but she has gone above and beyond regarding returning my phone calls and emails multiple times with advice and I would recommend this animal clinic to anyone. As well as the staff are extremely kind and professional.”

“I cannot begin to say enough good things about Dr.Perry. You will not meet a better or more compassionate advocate for you and your pet. Dr.Perry was willing to try any and all options we had to relieve arthritis pain in my senior dog, Such as acupuncture, laser treatment and Injectable arthritis meds. She was also my advocate when trying to diagnose my senior dog with further health issues. I called the office just about daily and she was always willing to receive my messages and hear my concerns. She went above and beyond what a normal vet would, and words will never express how grateful I am for her help and support during a difficult time.”

“Best experience, for me and my dog Diogi who didn't know it at that time. He had long nails and needed a rabies shot. The vet had to muzzle him ever so gently cause he nipped at her,the vet tech and I had to hold him down , he's a very spoiled dogger but won't let me touch his nails to save his life, she cut them down so wonderfully he's so happy now. I have used this vet for over 10 yrs. I appreciate everyone there”

“We recently had to say goodbye to our dog of 11 years, Archie. We had never been to this vet with him before. They gave us our time and space to make the difficult decision to end our dogs pain and suffering. The cost was not too bad and we had options we could choose from. The process was peaceful and good for our buddy. A gew days latwr we recieved a card in the mail signed by all the staff. It was a sweet touch and would highly reccomend to anyone.”

“There’s no vet I would trust as much as Dr.Scott. He has taken care of my pets since I was a kid. He cares so much about every cat, dog, and any other kind of critter that is brought in. He has also always answered my questions thoroughly in language that I can understand to make informed decisions about my fur babies. He’s one of the few vets I’ve heard of that gives you options and feedback on courses of treatment and doesn’t prey on lack of medical/veterinary knowledge to make a buck. There have been occasions when I bring my pets in with symptoms and he gives me options but recommends watching and waiting. He’s a vet that won’t require tests, medications or procedures unnecessarily to pad the bill. I wish this ranking system was more than 5 stars, they are 10/10 and I will only ever take my pets here for vet care.
The vet techs and receptionists here are also incredibly kind and helpful. The whole team here rocks!!”

The office and exam rooms are well organized, clean, odorless, and comfortable. Separate in- and out- waiting rooms and hallways.
There is plenty of parking right near the entrance and a huge front lawn in case if your pup needs to jog off some anxiety before your appointment!”

“This is a wonderful, compassionate veterinary clinic that has provided great care to our pets for many years. It's not just the routine healthcare we appreciate, but it's the difficult issues where we've found comfort in knowing proper, loving care has been administered. Our dog, Jax, was been coming here for years for routine checkups and immunizations, but when it was discovered he had cancer in one of his dew claws, we were grateful that the cancer was skillfully removed with great care. Jax recovered fully. Then when Scout, one of our elderly cats, was so ill that he couldn't go on, the staff made him and us comfortable as we said goodbye to him. Their empathy and final care was so appreciated. And now, Steve, our Turkish Van of 13 years, has become ill and has been seen by both Dr. Ryan Gates and Dr. Eric Allie. I am so grateful to how kind, gentle and patient they were with him on both visits. Both vets were also patient with me, as I had so many questions for them, and they provided answers to everything. My wife and I deeply appreciate this clinic and staff for all they have done for our beloved pets.”

They gave him his last two treats of Hershey kisses as we held him in our arms and allowed him to go to sleep. In the mitts of our grief, Creekside animal clinic provided us with a sanctuary of support and compassion, their dedication to provide outstanding care was a testament to their commitment to the well-being of every animal, and the families who love them. I cannot thank the team at Creekside enough for their exceptional care and the profound impact they have had on our family. Their kindness and compassion will forever be etched in our hearts.
