I've shopped at over 100 different Sherwin-Williams locations over the years. This particular store is convenient as it's right near our office. I will never shop here again. The employees just don't have the customers better interest in mind when waiting on you. Their unaccommodating and try to screw up just about everything they get their hands on. And the last two weeks alone, they have done three separate things, but it would lead me to this decision.

Our Sherwin Williams Store on Rothrock Rd is in a perfect location with a friendly, knowledgeable staff to help with all questions. Products are over the top. Love this store?

We just went to the store to buy paint for my son's playhouse outdoors. Employee named Eric helped us out and took a lot of extra time showing my son how the paints were mixed and talking him through the colors that he wanted. Very kind and we really appreciated the experience!

I went in to purchase a paint swatch for our painting and drywall business. Not only was the paint swatch free for contractors, but the super nice and helpful associate informed me of the discounts and perks we can receive if we got an account there!!! Wonderful experience. Incredibly helpful and informative. And who doesn’t get excited over free items!!! We will be signing up for an account immediately!!!! Great job Sherwin Williams!!!!

Natalie is great. She learned my name and remembers my projects. She has helped me repaint my entire new house! The store is always stocked and there's never too long of a wait. Highly recommend this store and Natalie!

Great staff, will work with customer to mix the color wanted, knowledgeable. Montrose location even has free coffee and functional drinking water fountains!

Alex and Natalie were out of this world helpful! They always know right what I need and always answer all of my questions to a T.
