I brought my car to Premium Car Detailing, and I am glad I did! They were responsive, courteous, and did a fantastic job making my car look like new! The engine compartment looks fabulous as well! I will definitely recommend these folks, their attention to detail and care of the vehicle is superb!

I had my wife's new car landline coated. I paid for a premium car detailing service at Premium Car Detailing and had a very non-premium experience. The service I paid for included many things, one of which was cleaning the windows. After I drove my car home I noticed that the tinting on the rear window was bubbling and has sustained significant damage. I then took a closer look at all of my windows in sunlight and noticed odd streaks/scratches that were on the tint of the drivers side door and passenger doors (i.e., it looked like they had been cleaned with a dirty rag that may have had something harsh on it).I contacted the owner the following day and made it clear that these marks occurred as a result of the detailing (i.e., they were clearly not present when I dropped the car off). I am a meticulous with my cars, and my car was dropped off clean (i.e., the issue with the tint was not something that was there all along and hidden under layers of dirt). I called the owner, who told me that it was not possible that the damage could have happened during the detailing service. I then drove to see the owner and show him the damaged tint. The owner did acknowledged that the strange steaks/scratches on the front passengers window were a result of something that occurred during the car detailing (i.e., there must have been a foreign substance on the rag used to clean it), but denied responsibility for what occurred on my rear window.I reported to the owner that I have had multiple car detailing services for my car in the past, and that I have never had a problem with my tinted windows. I reported to the owner that I keep my car in meticulous condition, washing it weekly, and that this was something highly visible/noticeable that I would have seen before. I then asked the owner to either pay to have my rear window re-tinted, or to refund me the $292 that I payed for the premium detailing service. The owner declined to refund my money, or pay to have the rear window re-tinted.The owner did not agree to fix the windows or to give me a refund. He stated that it was my responsibility to let him know beforehand that the tinted windows were unblemished, so that if any problems occurred, that he would clearly know that it was his doing (note: this did not make sense to me as he said it, and sounds very out of touch with reality). He also said that I could have asked for my tinted windows not to be cleaned if I had concerns about them being damaged. I then explained to the owner, that it’s a basic expectation that a premium detailing service should be able to clean tinted windows without damaging them. Having the windows cleaned was part of the “detailing” service listed on the website, and as a customer paying for a premium detailing service it is an expectation that these will either be: (a) done correctly, or (b) ask me if I want them done if there is risk associated with cleaning them. For example, the engine cleaning service that was part of the detailing package I paid for, apparent carries some minimal risk. Consequently, the owner checked with me beforehand and asked for my consent to do this, and to let me know that he was not liable if anything happened to the engine (however unlikely that was).The owner offered to have to front drivers door window re-tinted (which he said he would send me a $50 check for), which does not address the real problem (i.e., the rear window is what is visibly harmed and will be expensive for me to get fixed) or is in any way commensurate with what it will cost to fix things. It also seems very out of touch with the local window tinting companies I consulted with today, as the going rate is about $50 to have tint removed, and then $80-$120 to have new tint added to a window.If you're a car enthusiast, who is meticulous about what you drive, I would recommend taking your automobile elsewhere. Find a place that will stand by there work, and will do the right thing if a mistake is made.Service: Auto detailing

My car was in horrible shape after a month in South Carolina with heavy pollen and lots and lots of oak tree droppings. The stains wouldn't come out with car washes or hand washing. Premium did a fantastic job in machine cleaning and buffing the exterior and complete interior cleaning. My car hasn't looked this good in a couple of years. Next up is my wife's car. Last fall I took my navy metallic car in to be detailed. About a week later I noticed swirl marks from the buffing all over the car. I called to let them know I was not pleased with the job but I never heard back.I called again last week to say I was not happy with their work and ask how to remove the product they used on the rubber mats. It makes them look shiny and new but it also makes them very slippery. I nearly had an elderly women hit the pavement from slipping on the mat getting into the car. I never heard back.My car is ruined.
