“I am a loyal customer and I was reading the review from itsamanda and im shocked to see this person trying their hardest to discredit this company that does so much for the community. There is a sign that is big as day that says they DON'T authenticate...so why come on here & lie? I believe your not from the community and you have your own store & trying to derail customers from this store which is sad on so many levels! It doesn't take the smartest person to know that people donate fake items and if I walk into a store and see a chanel bag priced at 18.00 then I would know that this bag is fake! I love the purse selection at blue!! I know its not you guys fault that you cant tell a fake bag & I love just because it has a brand name its not over priced because you dont know if its fake. I love what you guys do being a mom of a special needs child you will always have a customer with me!!”

“Excellent service!! Had a horrible experience at men's warehouse at chapel hill so we decided to go here ; it's a little out our way but the trip was well worth it! Immediately when we enter we were greeted and offered assistance. The gentleman that help us was great. He listen and help us. We felt welcome and taken care of. My son got nice suit vest for prom and we will definitely be back for more items. If you're a plus size man or you are a mother or father with a plus size son , please come here!! They make you feel welcome and the clothes are very nice and they have variety types of clothing from dress up to casual. The prices are also affordable!! You won't be disappointed! Thank you!!!”

“Tried to get fitted for a wedding at sister co., Men's Warehouse like other groomsmen in wedding did. They had no problem but for whatever reason they couldn't do it for me, or they just didn't want to. Not very helpful. So drove out of my way to Jos. A Bank in Fairlawn to get fitted and had a great experience. Was greeted immediately and taken care of quickly. Friendly worker there made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer even though I would be going to another store to pick up my suit. Will be back to buy.”

“Visited Foot Locker and scoped out some kicks for my son. We saw a pair of Nike tennis shoes for $130. I told my son his budget was $100, so work within that. He was okay with it. He found a $100 pair of shoes that looked just like the $130 pair. And, they were on sale for $69.99. So he tried them on and liked them. When we checked out, they rang up as $99.99, so the manager had to adjust the price to match the sale price, but this was done with no issues. The staff was friendly and the shoes are trendy.”
“I have tried other stores to try and help my horrible foot and knee pain, that I thought I was going to have to live with. Jeff proved me wrong! I can walk without pain and he solved so many of my problems all with a short visit. He was also the only one on the floor and was able to help everyone with the same kind of attention as he did with me. He did a great job of making us all feel like we were his only customer in the room and gave me and everyone else amazing service! Thank you Jeff!!”

“Not much to say but the tailoring done here in Akron is awesome! I hv my measurements at two other Ticknors and they insisted on measuring anyway. So glad they did. The shirt was delivered to me and everything I mean everything is lined up perfectly. From the length of the shirt to the cuff being inline with the pleat’s in the sleeves. Thank you thank you. Sorry I didn’t retain the salesman’s name. Great store!”

“Bought a pair of Nike AirMax 270's back in March; happened to stumble upon the store and by sheer coincidence I found the AirMax 270's on a clearance rack for $65.99, compared to the typical $145 at other stores; 10 months later and they're still in fantastic condition! If I ever wander back down to Akron I will for sure be stopping back to find another great shoe steal! I highly recommend that you come here rather than go to DTLR/VILLA across the plaza; the price difference is amazing and Kicks Lounge is the go-to spot. Save Money, Find Kicks, Kicks Lounge!”

“Getting married in 3 months and after months of researching our best suit options, we decided on Men’s Warehouse. We were nervous as we didn’t really know what we were looking for and my fiance hadn’t worn a suit since prom lol. We scheduled an appointment online, but it wasn’t very busy when we came in and we were instantly greeted by staff. James went above and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible. He gave us a walkthrough of how renting with the groomsparty will work and how to enroll in their rewards system to save $60 on our rentals. He showed us different color options and helped us lay out different options until we found what we liked. Many people came and went into the store throughout this and even when he had to step away to help, we felt like he was giving us his full attention and was not rushing us at all. He was super kind to my fiance who had no idea how to wear a suit and gave us tips and pointers. Overall a great experience and left us feeling very relieved and excited!”
“"You gotta work what you got" should be this stores motto. They don't have a huge selection and they don't get a lot of foot traffic, but they do have great attitudes and they are always helpful. It's not the biggest Jcrew, but it's here- and hopefully it's here to stay.”

“This was a good stop when looking for a specific style of clothing and footwear. They had a fantastic selection and quality items. You just need to remember what you are shopping for (specialty items) and the quality you're getting because you're going to see it reflected on the price tag. ?
However, we found what we were looking for, snake skin cowboy boots, and my husband loves them! They are very stylish. He has had many compliments on them, and I'm talking about from other guys.
He saw a second pair of boots in a different style that he wants to go back and get - hold your horses and put it on your Christmas list, buddy! ?
The staff was knowledgeable about the product and instructed on care and upkeep/conditioning of the boots.
So, overall, we were very happy with the product and went into the store knowing what kind of ? we were going to spend.”
