The office staff always kindly and professionally listen to my concerns and requests. It's nice to walk into the office and know that someone will be there to chat or handle a situation.
I also would like to compliment the entire maintenance staff for being competent and pleasant. Rich, Dave and Chad take care of business promptly. Yay, you guys. :)
I truly appreciate how beautifully this apartment complex is landscaped. The grounds are maintained weekly by a great crew who know what they're doing.
I've lived at FP twice. It's a good place to call home.

Rich the supervisor of maintenance is not only a wonderful supervisor,he is a true friend. I have rented with Fairway Park for over a decade. Rich has always been there for all my maintenance needs, but above all as a friend. I sadly have to be transferred to Atlanta, it's hard to say goodbye to such a friend! Thank you Rich! The Fairway family truly is blessed by having you as part of their team and family. I will miss you!

The Supervisor of Maintenance, Rich is amazing. I came to pay my deposit and there was a little mix up in the unit I was supposed to rent. He joined the conversation which was a pleasant one and Rich showed me my options via by map. After I shared what I wanted, Rich took me on a tour to show me the available units so I could make the best living decision for me. I would like to thank him for taking the time to assist me when it wasn’t even his job. It tells me he really likes his job and cares about the property and the tenants. I am proud to soon be calling this my new home!!! I have Rich to thank for making it feel like home. Thanks Rich!

Fairway apartments are a great place to live! It's quiet, close to many stores, the office staff are great, and maintenance is amazing! There's always someone on call for emergency situations. You can count on Fairway to be there for you!

My Granddaughter has stayed at these condos almost a year now. They really keep this place up, its such a quiet hidden gem! We always drive out here for the mall and they have lots of stores and restaurants! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Paid $200.00 for the application fee and applications and was told I had several delinquent bills and then to see the report they charge another $9 what a scam horrible experience considering my credit report shows no delinquencies

Beware. They will get you to sign a lease. When your lease is up, they will try to get you to renew at a monthly lease rate $600 higher than they advertise on their website.

This has been a great experience living at Fairway Park Apts. It’s safe, quiet & you’re right down the road from so many great restaurants & stores. Another big plus are the ladies in the office (Ashley, Kyli & Kaitlin) & also the maintenance team. They’re all super helpful & always attentive to any concerns. Overall, great place to live!

I love the security the private walkway. Walkable neighborhood for my dogs and I and quite possibly my favorite people are Rich & Dave. They take care of everything. They will go out of their way to help you and just good people.

I was going to wait to say anything until after I move out, but so many people have been losing their packages here. There is a new post practically every week about a "lost" item. Either there is a LOT of theft, or the buildings are numbered so poorly that no one knows which building is which. The signs are so SMALL and OBSCURE that even I have trouble finding buildings and I've been here awhile.Don't be surprised if you never receive your deliveries if you live here.Edited to add: I love how management blames it on the holiday season instead of trying to take responsibility. The "missing" packages have been an issue since I moved in.

It's a safe and nice place to live. The leasing office staff here are super helpful and friendly. Once the auto feeder for my cat didn't work when I was on a travel. The leasing office staff was so helpful and gracious to stop by my apartment and prepare some food for my cat. Really appreciate it.
