Just DONT . The air as soon as you walk in is stagnant of cat urine and cigarettes. Walk into the room and it’s filthy.
We walked out immediately and got another hotel else where.

Kind of out of the way with no sidewalks. Night desk clerk was a great guy. Would definitely stay there again. Also should probably designate a pet area.
Walkability: Not very good area with sidewalks.

This facility deserves 0 stars. They manage and staf think it's ok for them to. One in and out of your room. Touch your belongings and take things. I asked for a do not disturb sign, I was told they don't have one, I said make not for no one yo enter my room with an invitation for me. The manage said they won't Touch my things but will come in the room whenever he feels like it. I asked for the District manager, they claimed to not have anyone over the manager other than the owner. He said he will call the owner and have him call me if he feel like it. The total disrespect for their guest and property is beyond unacceptable. The stairway smell like old trash and maggots; I've killed 2 bugs in my room. I will never stay with this hotel nor any of the sister companies associated with expended stay name. Beware and find somewhere better to spend your money. This place is not worth it.

Maybe this review you will post. We have sent 3 and none have appeared. The service was terrible. The toilet would not flush and we were given a pail to pour water in the bowel to assist the flushing process. We were offered another room and told us it was not clean. Really? Maintenance was to come and never showed. We were told our concerns would be addressed by the owner and he would contact us.....to no avail. The walls appeared to have smashed bugs all over. AWFUL. We were not offered a refund or credit. Poor customer service and professionalism. Beware if considering this place.

My room still smelled of cat urine. I don't know how to get rid of that and they were booked. It has mostly served my needs. A standard room I stayed in Beaver Creek was beautiful and very clean at an excellent price.

Crap. Interesting that Extended stay (short review compared to my two other Extended Stay experiences (amazing consistently awful so a proud member of their do not rent list). Will note that this one actually replied (but I expect an auto generated to a one star). I note this as they claim they will try to do better and I have a formal complain at the nearby Extended Stay joint (I strongly believe they have an affikiation). The second is also a Choice where I am a Diamond member so after their Extended Stay refusal filed a formal complaint. I will reply if anything but auto replies come back (but have reco.mended tgat Choice drop their Copley affimiation with any Extended Stay operator. As an experienced blue chip traveller and serious local guide I take great joy in letting the public know where to avoid. Will update if management really reply but not holding my breath. For now: AVOID!!!!!!!

Upon entering we noticed a smell. We lifted the mattress to check for bedbugs (We did not find any) but there was candy stuck to the bottom of the mattress.The sheets and pillowcases on our bed were damp. We did request that the sheets be changed and the staff were very nice and accommodating and even gave us extra pillows. The furniture is very worn with pieces chipped off, the toilet was constantly running, the drain plug to the tub was not attached, there was dirt on the floor and a spill in the kitchen that was not cleaned up. The carpet had stains. The art on the wall had a cracked frame. We did receive a free breakfast of oatmeal, a muffin and coffee but overall we were afraid to touch anything in our room. This Extended Stay in independently owned so maybe that is the reason for the poor quality. We did get this for a very reasonable rate but you do get what you pay for. Friendly staff but if you stay here I recommend you brings gloves and a sleeping bag.

Although hotel is not that great, the hotel staff is wonderful. They make sure their guests receive everything they'd need and treat everyone with warmth, friendliness and kindness. The manager Sam (Boss) is a great human being; he takes time to resolve issues and offers help with any problems people might face. My experience with him was very heart warming; he didn't only offer help when I was feeling sick but he kept checking in with me throughout the week. Unlike any budget hotels; they treat everyone as if they're high-end guests. We loved our experience here; everyone, including the guests are very nice to be around. We've never felt this welcomed in any hotel we stayed before including the highest priced ones. Great job, great experience!
