Outstanding customer service- the pharmacy is fantastic, and if you download Good Rx- the pharmacy prices will blow any other pharmacy in the area out of the water! Albert in pharmacy did an amazing job- they have a customer for life!

This was my 1st. time being @ Drug Mart. I must say "VERY Impresssed ! Staff was Awsome , Pharmacist was Super Nice ! Had 2 change where to get my Scripts filled , as Rite Aid closed up 4 good. Walgreens bought them & not a fan of Walgreens. Very Happy in choosing Drug Mart, great hours & super nice Store !! They r now my 1 & Only Pharmacy.

The pharmacy is awful. They don't communicate or let you know when they will be refilling meds. You always have to call to have them start filling something in the system. They also refuse to fill meds 1 day early and make up reasons why. They make sure you're completely out of your medication before starting their 2 day process to refill. Went to Walgreens after them and have had no issues since

While this is a nice Drug Mart with lots of stock, my encounters with some of the staff today have soured me from ever shopping there again. It's obvious everyone is miserable, overwhelmed, and ready to quit, but probably can't.. First off, the Pharmacy needs to get their act together. I needed to have a prescription filled, and I was told it would be over 40 minutes since "it's just the 3 of them"...okay, not the end of the world, so I called my job and told them I'd be a while, and I waited in the store.....While shopping, I was over by the cards, and looking at a spinner of keychains. The entire display I was looking at (not even touching!) fell off, and onto the ground. It was broken and barely hanging onto the spinner, but how would I have known that? I picked EVERYTHING up, and waited up front to give it to someone. ( I could of been a jerk and left it there, but I chose to be polite and let them know) The woman I gave it to was apparently born grouchy, and instead of saying " Are you okay?" or "Thanks for letting me know!" she just said "OKAY THEN!" First off, I didn't break your stupid cheap spinner rack, secondly, sorry the fact that it broke ruined your day. Thirdly, don't you dare speak to me like I was the one who broke it, because I didn't.. My last encounter happened just a few moments ago with the Pharmacy....Had two more prescriptions called in around 10:30 for a dental procedure that has rendered me in huge amounts of pain. I waited in line, and the girl at the desk checked for me....Nope, nothing called in. Nothing in the computer. So I left...Called my dentist and left a message. They called me back and I spoke to them, and yes, in fact they DID call it in, and even spoke personally to the Pharmacist. By that time I had already gotten back to work, still in pain and called the pharmacy back. OH! Why yes, I guess it WAS called in, but won't be ready for "several" hours. I'm sorry, but I think you need to re-train your staff in how to handle actual customers and communicate to people better.... I worked for over 25 years in retail to know that the way I was treated today is just not acceptable.Another Edit* Tammy at the Pharmacy seems annoyed she has to do her job.

1. Script took an hour longer than stated to prepare.2. Script was ran as brand name and charged as such- I had to wait for them to fix to save me 50 bucks to get generic.3. Script for an OTC was sent in - they didn't fill or tell or or have med ready for me when I picked up meds.4. Pharmacy staff told me they couldn't ring up my several small items at phamracy- they were too busy- so I had to wait in line again up front.What a joke- I. Pregnant sick with two toddlers and getting some self care items and picking up scrip5s took an hour!

Although it's convenient at least when drive thru is open. The wait time is ridiculous. The pharmacy is lacking in customer service. Called and told prescriptions are ready to get there and they are not. Mistakes happen but it is an ongoing issue. Not enough help and especially any with knowledge, each person gives a different answer to a simple "is my perception there/ready." Time to find a new pharmacy.

You better have your whole day free because you will be spending all of it in the pharmacy here. They say they are short staffed probably because you pay them 12$ an hour.

The shop has all kinds of products we need. Fruits and vegetables are fresh. Price is reasonable. Register is fast and very helpful!
