“Charles Schwab is fantastic. They have great people who do care about your investments. This particular location is along a little strip center. Parking is a little tight but it won't fill up. It is not as flashy as other locations but still a good one. People are very nice and friendly. Only downfall was having to call several times to actually speak to someone at the store. Other than that, good job Charles Schwab team.”

“I went to this credit union for the first time last week to talk about getting financed for a car. Their rates were better than any dealership or bank I talked to so I signed up as a member which was super easy and seamless. I wish I could remember the woman I dealt with by name so I could give her a personal shout out but I can't remember. Once signed up I talked to Chuck and Ryan at the Cuyahoga Falls branch and they were both incredibly helpful and nice. Over the course of looking for a vehicle they both answered my emails almost immediately and were incredibly helpful. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who may be interested. You can really tell that they actually care about their members there and have your best interest in mind, not their own. That's the benefit of a credit union and I clearly see that now. “Wonderful Group of staff! They were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! They made setting up my account and app so smooth and easy it was wonderful! I really want to give the bank 5 stars the only reason I can’t is because of the ATM, there’s no option to make deposits! With the banks limited hours, unless you work or live close enough that you can run over during your lunch break like I have to do since I work Day shift this is a big inconvenience and I hope this option becomes available on their ATM in the future! It would then be the perfect bank! Overall I love it here! :)”
