“I love living here! The staff is really easy to work with. The building manager is very friendly and helpful, maintenance team always fixes stuff within 24 hours, the apartments are nice and the location is perfect. When looking for a place to rent it’s easy to fall into a bad lease or a predatory landlord and I am so relieved to not deal with that. I’ve heard so many nightmares and experienced a few myself but never at highland square. Love it here.”
“My girlfriend and I moved into these apartments from the Highland Square area, looking for something a bit quieter. From day one I knew we had made the right choice. Application and all the process involved were made very easy by Alicia and the staff. The apartment was spotless upon move in. All of our neighbors are very friendly, quiet, and respectful. The location is spectacular, surrounded by nature. This is a wonderful complex to live in and we are very glad to be here. All the amenities are just added bonus to an already amazing place.”
“I have been living here for a year now and I love it. I think the value for what you are getting is pretty good and it is plenty of space for just myself. I love how there are garages included, a huge plus. It is pretty quiet even though you are surrounded on all sides by other apartments. Lots of people who walk their dogs, it feels more like a neighborhood than other apartment areas. For the issues I have had (mainly the garage being finicky) they have always fixed super quick the day of. I think if you are friendly to the people who work here they will be friendly back.”

“This has been a great experience living at Fairway Park Apts. It’s safe, quiet & you’re right down the road from so many great restaurants & stores. Another big plus are the ladies in the office (Ashley, Kyli & Kaitlin) & also the maintenance team. They’re all super helpful & always attentive to any concerns. Overall, great place to live!”
