The team here was great to work with. Kyle was able to answer my questions quickly and he is very responsive to emails. I had a 2.5 hr drive and was delayed getting down there. They were willing to stay a little after close to make sure I was comfortable with the truck before I drove it back home.

My review is split between sales and service.
Their sales team would get 5 stars from me. During my purchase process Kyle was awesome. Prompt with communicating and the e sign & delivery option was great. No pressure and answered all my questions.
Their service team would get a 2 star rating from my experience. I got my 2017 truck and part of my deal was to install a steering wheel I purchased. I get the truck and it rubs the plastic cover behind the wheel. When I asked, their answer was they noticed it and that the wheel was thicker than the original, so it will rub. Firstly I've managed to make it about 50% better just by pushing the cover back as it didn't seem to be fully seated. It still rubs but going to look into it more soon. Also, if they noticed it after install why not notify the customer then and there to see if it should be completed, or put the old one back on. Also, my truck had a check engine light come on 5 days after delivery. I get it checked and it's an EVAP code. I double check the cap and clear it. 5 days later on again. So I find it hard to believe they never experienced this. I put a new cap on it and am seeing if that fixes it. If not I'll hopefully get to use the warranty I bought (thankfully) to have it fixed. Also had numerous light bulbs out which I've since replaced.
Lastly, the rear brakes have been squealing since the day of delivery, so likely will be looking at replacing those.
Just not at all what I'd expect to have happen before even making my first payment.

Vehicle Buying made EASY!!!
Dillon was Great in every way!
I requested a matching color can of paint to fix a minor scuff…It was there upon my arrival. No charge.
Truck had a full tank of gas for me upon arrival!!
I would definitely recommend!!!

Great professionalism and great small town customer service! Kyle ensured I was informed on everything and helped make my purchase as smooth as possible. I had Dylan as my sales associate. He knew I was eyeing a crew cab with under 100k. He made it happen and I got more for my trade thab expected. The after sale communicatiom has been great as well as I have talked to both Dylan and the sales manager. It's obvious they want great customer satisfaction as well as referrals. Thanks team!

Drove to H&K Chevrolet from Jefferson, Ohio (4.5 hrs) to look at a 2019 GMC Sierra that was on Car Gurus. When I got there it was sold. But Kyle Unverferth showed me a 2022 GMC Sierra, which was nicer that the 2019. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and I was on my way. Kyle and H&K Chevrolet were great and made my buying experience very pleasant. My husband even said when he's ready to purchase a truck for himself we'd go to H&K Chevrolet.

I had an issue with the tail light. It was full of water. I drained the light. Started looking for a replacement, so many to choose from. I called my Salesman Dillon. And he did it. Ordered the light, had it sent to H&K in Archbold, scheduled the appointment and the guys in the Service Department did a great job ??.. thank you.
