Snyder’s Collision Center did an excellent job on my Buick Encore. It looks brand new to me! The staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, reliable and honest. My car was finished on the exact date given with their estimate. They even follow-up with a phone call one week after, ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your repairs! My husband and I have used Snyder’s Collision Center for over 15 years now and although we hope a repair is never needed, accidents happen. We are extremely confident and happy that Snyder’s Collision is there.

never been there but one of the employees saw me on my bike (think his name was john) I got a flat tire, he trailered me from west Springfield to east erie for free. if your employees are like him id recommend this place to anyone

When my car got hit by a plow it was parked in a parking lot and it needed a new door and a rocker panel replaced. They did a great job replacing the door even though my car is a 1997 Subaru Legacy outback limited which made it very hard to find the correct door for it and in the process of fixing the rocker panel they had to replace a fender as well because it was so rusted and then had to fix the wheel as well. My car has never looked better they even did a detail clean of the interior which I was not expecting they even gave me a free hoodie as well. Best customer service I’ve ever had. I had to get a reimbursement for some of the repairs that was done to my car and I had some problems with the paperwork and they were more than happy to help me fix any problem that the insurance company had.

My daughter hit a deer on the way home with her 1992 Honda Accord. It bent the hood up and damaged the frame enough that the hood would not close. John was kind enough to come out an offer me some advice on how I could make some adjustments on my own since he knew it was an old car and I was not going to send it in for repairs due to the fact that it's not worth anything anymore. Bottom line is I was able to take his advice and make the adjustment to the hood latch and get the hood closed. Now my daughter is able to drive her car and I have a much deeper appreciation for the people willing to offer some free advice to me. I will happily give them my business in the future and would recommend them as many businesses are not willing to give out advice unless you're willing to get out your pocketbook. This is the type of business I think that will continue to do well because they put the customer first even when there not a customer yet. Anyway thank you guys I greatly appreciate it!

Snyder’s collision went above and beyond to help me when a deer totaled car. They arranged tow and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process! It was nice to deal with a good company that cared so much about their customers. I recommend John and his team to everyone I know! ?
