A great family environment and the Residents are amazing. The facility is always growing and improving. Residents are excited about all the new changes coming. It is definitely one of a kind facility.

This place should receive negative stars. Administration doesn't follow through. My brother has been in pain for months due to negligence. First the incorrect supplies were ordered, then an infection was caused due to improper handling. Physicians are a no show and no other arrangements are made. Safety and care are not their priorities. Don't let anyone you care for stay there. Please pray we can get my brother out.
The nurse Georgia has no bedside manner. She is rude. Hangs up on family members and doesn't know what to say to residents. She is best fit for a job where she has no interaction with the public.

Lake Pointe staff and residents have been so warmly welcoming me back into the facility. Staff has been so polite and able to answer any questions I may have. The residents have been so open to conversations making me feel right back at home. Lake Pointe is truly the best forever home.

Smell is horrible all around building. Staff is very rude, food is disgusting, I would never let any of my loved ones stay there again. They also have BIRDS in the facility that are basically used as decoration, their cages are too small, I’ve never seen them out either.

Lakepoint is a great place to work and I absolutely love taking care of people with all of their various needs and making their day brighter. My co-workers are very down to earth and friendly . I have already shared many laughs with them and am happy to work along side them . It's a big building full of life and kindness.

No flashing call lights, no odor, no residents calling for help. Lots of team work by kind caregivers, lots of questions answered by a highly knowledgeable administrator who leads by example and actively praises his staff. In our next visit we hope to experience the dining room, therapy room and activities in the common room.

My uncle who is 101 has been there 4 months now and is very happy there. As am I with staff and care he gets. People need to understand that the job these people have to do is not easy. Not many people can do what they doThink about it before people make negative comments.

I recently finished a 5 week stay for iv therapy, wound care and PT. The staff way so kind. Everyone helped me to get up and moving. I am much better now and regained most of my mobility. Very clean facility. Food was not very good.

We recently had to make the difficult decision to place my 17 y/o brother at Lake Pointe due to not having enough homecare support after a long, hard hospitalization. He is very well cared for here, and has made great strides in improving his overall health. The staff is very attentive to him and has grown to understand his needs and wants, even though he is non-verbal. They have been exceptional with communicating his needs and concerns with our family, and have been very responsive if we have concerns. When you walk into the facility, you do not smell the typical nursing home smell, hear people yelling out, or see or hear constant call lights going off. The other Residents seem engaged and happy as we walk through the hallways. As a nurse who has worked in LTC facilities, I am very impressed with this facility, and I would confidently say that this is one of the good ones! Thank you to the Lake Pointe staff for taking such good care of our boy!

I brought my mother here after a severe bout of sepsis and a UTI. A previous nursing center barely scratched the surface of her physical therapy. Within a few weeks, Her physical abilities were almost back to normal and she's able to get up steps. The staff here is excellent. They are a caring and compassionate crew!My only complaint is the quality of the food. It doesn't look appetizing and leaves a little to be desired.

My MIL came to this facility after a fall that she had at home at the start of summer. She was previously at 2 other long term facilities before coming to this one. This facility is a little on the older side but what it lacks in aesthetic it makes up tenfold in care and kindness for the residents in the facility. The staff are eager to get residents out of the room for activities and to eat in the dining room. The staff is very friendly and respectful to the resident and their families. Also any concerns that we had regarding the care of my MIL were met with quick resolution and attention to detail. We are pleased with the care that she is receiving at Lake Pointe.
