Thank You to R.J. @ the conneaut Ohio location! I recently had surgery on my dominant hand. I desperately needed a bulb installed into the rear driver side brake light. So I couldn’t do it myself. He came out in 36* rainy weather and installed it for me! Thanks bunches!!! You are appreciated!

I stopped at the Conneaut, Ohio AutoZone to have my battery checked to make sure it is in good condition for the winter season. Jesse took care of me and I can't say enough how great the service was that he provided. He provided excellent customer service as well.

store seems small from the outside yet they had all i need in stock. a willing worker met my request of a vehicle code reading. i received a full, printed report, help determining my next steps and available parts.great experience!

Yes I had a flat tire and I had no tool to release the spear tire on my f150 truck... I call auto zone and to make my story shorter but yet powerful I would like to give one of their night managers a 5 star because Mrs Cathy literally came to my location with the tool to release my spear tire... Saying that I want to thank her personally for being a shinning star at auto zone

The staff were so helpful, the woman at the counter was very friendly, and the younger man who was working (lighter colored hair) assisted me in changing my spark plugs and was very informative. They helped turn my day around after my car started acting funny. Thanks for solving the issue.
