“I lived at sunset west for a little over 4 years. When things were broken maintenance fixed it with in a decent time frame. Management was very easy to work with when things came up. When my accross neighbors harrassed my family especially my young son. Management helped me to navigate the very serious issue. Also not to mention the manager at sunset west held a Christmas gift charity to help the residents and locals outside of sunset west every year for christmas. Communication was always very good. Sometimes the parking lot during heavy snows was difficult to navigate. But we do live in north eastern ohio, so sometimes unavoidable. Especially when you try and leave for work at 5 am. I would definitely recommend living there, but you have to have the mind set that its apartment living. The only reason I moved is because I wanted something on the first floor and I wanted a backyard.”
