We broke down near the Loves station. And Art was our driver that came to assist. Extremely fast and friendly service. Made sure we had enough battery to make it to the parking lot. Cannot say enough about how friendly he was and how much he cared to get us to a safe spot

I was out taking pictures for Google Maps, as soon as I process the pictures I will have over 1000. Anyway I got out at home and looked my keys ? in my car again. Tasha and Arr gave excellent service. I've got to get a second key ?.

One hundred percent praise for Art and Affordable Towing! If it weren't for him, I probably would still be sitting in the ditch I unfortunately found myself in one night. He was on scene in under an hour and wanted to tow me out right away, but my insurance and road-side assistance was giving me a hard time about who was going to pay for what. After he suggested that it would probably be quicker for me to pay for the tow out of my own pocket, I took his advice and did just that. After several back-and-forth's over the phone, he had my car out of that ditch within ten minutes! Art was respectful and answered any and all of my questions, sometimes even before I had a chance to ask them. While we waited for the red-tape to be cut, we had some amazing conversations about different things that are relatable to most people, which seemed to make the time just fly by. In short (ish), if you ever find yourself in an awkward vehichular situation, be grateful if Art shows up to give you a tow. Thanks again, Art, for being there when I needed help. Now, about that sky-train......

They were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME, my husband and I was stuck on the side of route 90 for like 3 hours with 3 kids and a dog in the car, there communication with us was wonderful, they kept us informed of where they were, when they were going to be there, and was worried about our safety with being stuck on the side of the highway at night with kids in the car, they were very very nice professional, polite, best tow company out there, thank you guys for all your help, and worrying about our safety for my family! We were struggling with trying to find a ride to our destination, because my mom got lost while trying to find us and there was car piles up, and my mom passed us can't drive good on the dark she was scared, so she went home they were also worried about my mom safety as she was trying to save us in the dark! They are wonderful!
