The people are very nice here however service is very slow every time I'm in here. It's at least a 10-15 minute wait.

Went there today at 1:20pm. 3 people inside and 4 cars at the drive thru and 1 teller for both. No business window also. Went to the Chardon branch in -n- out in 3 minutes. 3 tellers and at least 1 for drive thru. Never again in concord

I love this branch! Everyone is extremely nice! I went through the window and ask if we could open an account. Instead of telling us to call the mainline for an appt. she told me to come right in. We were done in 15 min! I called a week later to get another account for my child and got a same day appt. Again, everyone was very professional and nice!
