I came in today and bought a battery for a cart and it didn’t work. The person told me to come back if it didn’t work. I came back and the employee told me since he didn’t sell it to me I couldn’t exchange it for one that works. I paid literally for a broken product with no solution. I would like a replacement or my money back. Very poor experience
